Today's race was simply unbelievable. God was definitely at work. I managed to score points for my club by coming in 7th place with a timing of 4min30sec which is 3 seconds behind my personal best! 😮😮😮
This achievement was done when I knew that I was not in good form at all as I'm currently recovering to breathe to my fullest.
A few days back I did want to take a break and pull out from the race because I knew I will not deliver an excellent performance and I did not want to disappoint the club.
But I'm really thankful to my coach Jezreel Mok who is currently in USA for his persistence in wanting me to just do my best for the race.
Even at the start line, I was slightly worried about how I will perform but when the horn blew, I just raced according to my coach's strategy and there, my potential was unleashed. 🌟🌟🌟
Sometimes in life, when we are lost,God will send the right person to influence us to make the right decisions. Super grateful to my coach once again. 🙏🙏🙏

Prolonged hunching or straightening of the thoracic spine results in relative poor scapular posture.
The previously overly-fatigued upper trapezius muscles would need to be taught how to relax again, while the atrophied lower trapezii would need to be strengthened.
The above exercises are listed in order of difficulty. Choose the level that works for you and hammer it out daily for 3-5 sets of 10-15! 🔥
To prevent your rear deltoid from compensating, keep your thumbs point down in the 'A'-raise & thumbs up in the 'Y'-raise.

First client post! This is Afif, one of my trainees who were my very first weight loss clients.
The 5 months process wasn’t very hard for him, as he was a very motivated individual.
Incorporating simple resistance training like push ups, sit ups, bodyweight squats and crunches, muscle definition grew as you can see from his chest, shoulders and abs.
HIIT was incorporated as a tool to increase the rate of fat loss.
Getting into better shape doesn’t have to be hard with hours on the treadmill, being lifeless and eating chicken and brocolli. Health and fitness is about being sustainable, practical and enjoyable.
Most importantly, trust the process, keep showing up, and pull through. Don’t stop when you’re tired, stop only when you’re done.

Today we honour our Singapore sporting legend, Mr Kunalan where we unveiled two pieces of art to honour Mr K. for his really long list of contributions to Singapore. ☺️ Also a sporting inspiration to many, like myself - I had him signing off on my very first national attire 5 years ago. ☺️ Other than UK Shyam, currently no one here in our country can run faster than this legend here, with a record of 10.38s in the 100m 😉 I’m honoured to witness this moment. ☺️
