Love all the dishes we ordered, esp the sides! Definitely go in groups of >2 to try more stuff. Their servings are pretty big, so eating one side by yourself is definitely not advised. They also have a open kitchen concept so we saw the masterchef in action too. We went on a weekday for lunch and it was pretty packed, make your reso with them soon before it gets difficult! -N

چند روزى بود هوس فلافل داشتم بالاخره نخود گرفتم و چند ساعتى خيسشون كردم و همچين سر بزنگاه رسيدم و از آب درشون آوردم كم كم داشتن جوونه مى زدن. بله باور نكردنيه اينم از تاثيرات هواى گرم سنگاپور. 💜💚💜 جونم واستون بگه من تا قبل از دو سه ماه پيش كه براى بار اول تصميم گرفتم فلافل درست كنم فلافل نخورده بودم عجيبه نه؟ 🤔🤔🤔
خلاصه درست كردم و خيلى هم خوشم اومد و همش حسرت روزايى رو خوردم كه بى فلافل
گذشته. 😄😄😄 الانم رسپى رو براى شما عزيزانم مى نويسم كه درست كنيد و لذتشو ببريد.
بچه ها من توى فلافلم خيلى گشنيز ريختم به همين دليل وسطش كاملا سبز و خوشكل شده بود. 🌱🌱
مواد لازم: ٢٠٠ گرم نخود كه چند ساعت خيس خورده/١٠٠گرم گشنيز/١پياز بزرگ/٤-٥حبه سير/ نمك، زرچوبه، زيره و فلفل به ميزان كافى.
طرز تهيه: مواد فوق را با چرخ گوشت يا ميكسر كاملا چرخ يا ميكس مى كنيم سپس در طرف در دارى در يخچال قرار مى دهيم. بعد از يخچال در آورده مقدارى روغن را در ظرف گودى گرم مى كنيم از مايه كمى برداشته و با قالب فلافل يكى يكى قالب مى زنيم و در روغن سرخ مى كنيم.

pasta in rendang sauce with Quorn’s Swedish Style Balls and king oyster mushrooms; topped with a mix of cheddar, parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, as well as toasted desiccated coconut. Served with pickled watermelon rind and pea shoots on the side.

Other than Wagyu Beef Cubes, you can get interesting and varied choices such as Lamb Shish Kebabs, Chicken Tandoori, and Oysters with Kicap Manis sauce.
All the chosen ingredients are cooked over authentic charcoal grills at the wooden-decked barbeque station, and diners can watch food being cooked and interact with the chefs.
The only catch is that the special buffet has a limited run till 21 Sunday October 2018, so you got to make your bookings soon. .

Linguine was cooked to al dente, my favourite texture- soft yet had a bite! Moist and flavourful pasta with tangy tomato sauce! Pasta was not very surfeiting. Wished there was more ingredients tho:( 6.5/10!
Sweet Potato Pancake ($20 - Only 10 sets a day) at Riz Labo. Last few days to eat the pancakes at their orchard pop-up store before it closes!
Their new perm store will be located at Habitat by Honestbee.
Anw was super happy with the service today. The pancakes were so jiggly the sweet potato slid off when it was served. The waitress was so kind to offer and remake the whole arrangement. They had to redo the frosting also sia. Rlly commend them for their effort.

A One-Michelin starred restaurant since two years ago, this is the lovely Iberico Pork Jowl from its new dinner set menu. Very tender pork here, glazed with aka miso and served along with crisp artichoke and black sesame purée. The broth here is also a very good complement, filled with umami from the Jerusalem artichoke purée with pork reduction. Such a lovely meal from a very inspiring Chef Haikai!
Char-grilled laksa flavored kebab (part of 4 course Deepavali Special Menu at $79++) from One-Michelin Starred Song of India.
For this year's Deepavali, Chef Mural continues to keep with tradition and will be presenting a “Journey Through India”, where his special menu will highlight each region’s specialities.
The dishes are prepared using clay pots and outdoor wood-fire burning stoves for that traditional countryside dining experience.
These are some highlights from the dinner:
* Nagaland Bamboo Shoot Chicken (North-eastern India), which is a hearty, flavourful broth that is a staple of the mountainous regions;
* Spinach with Pressed Cottage Cheese (North India), which is served with kasundi - a mustard and cashew sauce that is popular in Bengali cuisine.
* Coorg Mangalorean Fish (Karnataka, South-western India), which is a creamy curry-based dish of turmeric, tamarind and chillies that will complement the Bajra and Jwari rotis, freshly toasted traditional Indian flatbreads (Rajasthan, North India).
* Misti Dohi (Western India), which is a sweet, chilled yogurt fashioned as a crème brûlée to complete the meal.

Like the ones I chose; Home roasted pistachio and green tea toasted rice. I like how intense the nutty flavours like the pistachio and hazelnut were, slightly on a sweeter note but an extremely fragrant roasted aroma. Haven’t had such a good pistachio ice cream in a while, seriously. 🍦If you are a green tea lover, you gotta try the green tea toasted rice. It was a good complement of the green tea bitterness by the toasted rice, whose flavour stood out more than the subtle green tea taste. 🍦 Texture was another factor that scored points for Dopa Dopa. You definitely get a satisfying mouthfeel from that thick, sticky consistent texture from their gelato. 🍦 We saved $8.20 for another double scoop because of #burpplebeyond

As for the sea bass itself, the flesh was incredibly flaky and naturally sweet, while it’s skin was satisfyingly crispy. Together with the sweet chilli sauce, I would easily say this fish is a must-order for pescetarians and seafood lovers alike. ~ @waniology
I had Kway Chap (rice noodle soup with an assortment of soy sauce-braised bits and bobs) plus extra braised duck 4 times last week because I couldn’t get over the two types of chili condiment that my neighborhood food vendor dishes out. In particular, the vinegar garlic chili sauce hit the spot for me. 🎯
