Introducing our “Front of House” crew “Vinc”. Equipped with more than 10 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, Vinc is undeniably well-versed in his role as a service crew. As he constantly goes through extra miles to give his all and more than what is required of him, Vinc has exceedingly surpassed all expectations of him.
His humble journey began in the early days with administrative roles in the Human Resource and F&B sectors. As we all know, small-scale beginnings are not to be despised, because with substantial dedication and hard work, he subsequently held the crucial position of being the manager of BreadTalk.
Managing 3 outlets island-wide was no easy feat, but it was during his stint at BreadTalk where his managerial skills bloomed further. Vinc’s remarkable operational skills saw the successes of all 3 outlets, where he had even achieved for his outlets the highest sales among other stalls.
Not only does Vinc do exceptionally well in his day-today duties, but his positive attitude and sense of duty to the restaurant is also extremely laudable and praiseworthy. He is a definite key player in the restaurant who upholds his crucial role with great honor!
The mentaiko pasta has got to be my fav at this cafe. ++ you should try the super refreshing lychee lemonade (and their mochi donuts w/ softserve)😍
