So today I went to Delft, Cape Town suburb. It was an experience I'm not gonna forget anytime soon. I've always knew South Africa has huge inequality but after visiting such black township, where people live in shacks out of corrugated iron, I saw it with my own eyes. It was also pretty odd to know you're the only white person in few kilometers radius. I got a lot of stares and people even took pictures of me. It was the very first time in my life I made a sensation because of my skin color! On the other hand, these people have electricity, water, TV and so on, they live in poor conditions but still, they've got access to same privileges I do living in Poland. All in all, the people I met today were very friendly and seemed happy, trying to enjoy their lives no matter the struggles. What's funny is that dogs don't bark there. 🤔Maybe they feed them well? Unlike to dogs in Poland who bark all the time.
I hope you liked the post and you learned something. Stay tuned, next are upcoming 😉
