Voilà une de mes recettes préférées en été. Il s'agit de spaghetti de courgette au pesto, tomates rôties, feta et croûtons. L'inspiration me vient de @christellerocks
avec quelques revisites...
Voici ma version pour 2 !
350 g de tomates cerises
2 tranches de pain
Ail en poudre
1 c. à s. de pesto de basilic
80 g de feta émiettée
Sel et poivre du moulin
Préchauffez votre four à 200ºC. Sur une plaque de four recouverte de papier cuisson, disposez les tomates cerises coupées en 2. Arrosez d'un filet d’huile d’olive et saupoudrez d'ail. Salez, poivrez et mélangez délicatement. Faites rôtir au four pendant 20 à 25 min, en mélangeant à mi-cuisson.
Sur une 2ème plaque de four recouverte de papier cuisson, disposez des cubes de pain. Arrosez d'un filet d’huile d’olive et faite cuire au four pendant 10 min en retournant les croûtons à mi-cuisson.
Réalisez des spaghetti de courgette avec un spiraliseur. Dans une poêle antiadhésive, faites chauffer de l’huile d’olive. Ajoutez les spaghetti de courgettes, mélangez rapidement pour les enrober d’huile et éteingnez le feu. La chaleur de la poêle continuera à cuire les spaghetti sans trop les ramollir, elles doivent rester croquantes. Ajoutez le pesto et mélangez. Disposez les spaghetti dans 2 assiettes, recouvrez des tomates rôties, des croûtons et des morceaux de feta. Salez, poivrez à votre convenance et dégustez.

My family and I ate at an Argentinian restaurant a couple nights ago and my husband and I ordered a mixed meat grill for 2 (chorizo, chicken, pork)... it ended up more like a portion for 6 😄 so we had lots of food leftover. Leftovers don’t seem that appealing to my family , especially when it’s meat but I think we made it more amazing the second day🙌🏻 I added broccoli, tomatoes, green onions, olives and some capers to this mix and then after cooking, added some chimichurri to the meat for extra flavor 💚

🍝 Pasta Friday 36 was one of my favorites! Not just because of the food. It was one of those nights when everything just felt ... right. I don’t know how else to explain it.
But the food! Whoa! Are you ready for this?
🍝 Cavatelli baked with sausage, mozzarella and oregano, topped with tomatoes and breadcrumbs. .
There are a few tricks that make this dish awesome, but mainly it’s that there’s no cream or milk or fillers. Just lots of cheese and sausage. And the best pasta... from @rustichelladabruzzo
🥗crispy summer salad with green beans, pea shoots, snap peas and creme fraiche vinaigrette. I added way too many 🌶🌶 though. Ouch.
