We all have bad days (or more like bad weeks haha!), we all skip workouts and have millions excuses. But it's always easier to give up than to keep going! So here are few tips: ⭐️make a plan - plan your weekly workouts ahead, put it in your diary, know exactly what you're going to train BEFORE you even head to the gym ⭐️5 second rule - if you give yourself more than 5 seconds to even consider not training I guarantee you won't! Stop overthinking, just have your bag ready and go smash your workout - I promise you won't regret it! ⭐️tell yourself you can - we are always so quick to criticise ourselves! How about for once you tell yourself YOU CAN DO THIS! You can stick to diet! You can get fitter! You can drop a dress size! Positive attracts positive so it's time to change your thinking! ⭐️be ready - nothing will change unless you do. Maybe you're not ready to be fitter/slimmer or simply comfortable in your body? Maybe you should stay the way you are? Can we appreciate my #bootygains 🍑 in this picture? Before I adopted the #fitnesslifestyle , I legit had no butt. As soon as I began incorporating squats and lunges, it started to grow. And now here we are. I don’t specifically target my glutes when I workout. 💪BIKINI: STOP or CONTINUE? 💪 . Когда ты уже закончись свои тренировки, сушки и т.д.? и Когда следующие соревнования? Это два самых популрных вопроса, которые я слышу, когда речь заходит о спорте. На первый вопрос, думаю, ответ итак понятен!😄😉 А вот со вторым все сложнее.... И хотелось бы мне назвать что-то конкретноее, но увы......, пока нет......... . Подводя итог 3 сезона у меня есть несколько наблюдений: - сушка может быть сытой и вкусной🤤 (все конечно в меру). В эту подготовку я кушала очень хорошо, не считая что я убрала креатин за несколько дней до соревнований! Главное разумно подходить к этому и смотреть на реакцию организма❗️ Я даже позволила себе внушительный кусочек 🍰за неделю до сорвнований!🙀 - с каждым годом процесс сушки становится сложнее, именно в физическом плане. Good morning guys!  I hope your week is off to a great start, just another busy week for me, so quick and effective workouts are where it’s at! Erica and I had a back attack yesterday and I just wanted to take a second to share this workout with YOU, so let’s get to it! 🤗💥👇🏽 ____ ▪️Bent Over Barbell Rows- doesn’t really matter which grip you choose, just make sure to keep that core tight so that your body is nice and stabilized throughout the entire movement. 4 x 6-8 ___ ▪️Rack Pulls- set the safety bars to their lowest setting, (ideally they would be just below your your knee, around mid-shin level!), brace your core, and work on extending through your hips and knees until you’ve reached the lock out position. 4x 6-7 ___ 🔳Close Grip Lat Pull Downs- use a double d attachment, lean back a bit, and focus on contracting those lats SS Neutral Grip Cable Row- find an attachment with a neutral grip and row baby row! 4x 8 each ___ 🔲Wide Grip Barbell Curls- use a wide grip and position your hands out to ~45 degree angle SS Neutral Grip Barbell Curls- use the SAME weight with a neutral grip and curl! 4x8 each ___ ‼️Remember‼️ general rule of thumb when lifting heavy is to choose a weight that really challenges you those last 1-2 reps! So, if your compromising your form within the first few reps, you should probably lower the weight!
