Ugh I have been trapped in physics HELL literally all day😫😫...I’m lucky I have an understanding husband that lets me throw fits like a 3yr old because homework is frustrating while he takes care of the kids and dinner all while trying to help me figure this crap out ... Is it crazy to think that there is only a three week difference between these photos? I know that the lighting isn’t perfect, but you can see the changes. And I never stepped foot in a “normal” gym. 🏋🏻‍♂️ This was one of the best physical #transformations I’ve gone through. I tried a new meal plan, that was hard for me, but I was committed. Really proud of this guy. He works hard not only for himself but for our home. Now he’s pursuing a healthier lifestyle. 🗝 It’s not easy doing something when your partner isn’t on board. Not saying it can’t be done but it can be challenging. I found myself failing a lot because we were living different lifestyles. I had to have a serious conversation with MYSELF first and foremost, then continued & shared my struggles with Aric. He knew how much I needed this, he couldn’t deny that he needed it as well. Reluctantly he started helping me for ME but not really for him. Fast forward about four months in HE is MOTIVATING ME. Days when I want to just give in and get fast food he reminds me why we started this. First, yes I’m sucking it in! On both so I just want to clarify that. Idk about you but I’ve always tried sucking in my stomach as much as possible just so I can see my frame. Doing it when your fat is hard let me tell ya. I don’t look like this always, really ever because I don’t walk around sucked in, I’d probably faint😂 Onward The top picture was taken late August the bottom yesterday. My mid section is where I carried most of my weight so I had a lot to lose off of it! It’s cool to see the progress, physically. Number wise I would say it’s between 15-25lbs of additional weight off! Hard work pays off people. Stop 🛑 looking for a quick fix. Stop ✋🏼 looking for skinny. Start looking 👀 for HEALTHY🌱 Start looking for less medicine💊 Start looking INWARD. There are always going to be easier ways, like fast food, pot lucks, eating out. If you want your health back you fight👊🏽 for it! It’s not a form of punishment, it’s a form of SELF LOVE🧠💕

It’s for life ♥️ I have seen so many people and this was me once; you often fall into this no success point where you want to lose 5 kgs in 2 months.. you think if we command our body it will listen? The greatest gift that I have ever given myself was investing in my health. This is coming from a wife and mother of two that always thinks twice about doing anything for myself. When I first signed up I said that I needed to get healthy for family so I would be able to take care of them and would be around for a long time. But let me tell you it wasn't until I said I am doing this for ME that my drive and determination clicked it. I stopped skipping workouts and became more focused on my nutrition. . The picture on the left was taken in June a few days after I achieved the 100lbs lost mark and the day that I decided that my next goal was to compete in the Beachbody Classic Physique Competition July next year. My confidence was through the roof because I had accomplished something that I always doubted that I could do. I finally found the healthy lifestyle that taught me about food and how to use it to fuel my body. Now 6 months later and 20 more pounds down I feel better today than when I was in my 20s. . The day this prep calendar was released, I immediately looked at this day and said “fuck no...I’m NOT doing that workout.” . I have tried in the past, and basically maxed out during the warmup😂 . Yup, you guessed it, another Insanity Workout. This one: Insanity MAX30 - Tabata Power...my nemesis . Up until last night, I was still debating whether or not I was going to do it or substitute it with something else🤔 . But let’s face it, if I have a workout calendar in front of me, I HAVE to stick with that routine. My OCD is WAY too bad to switch things up😂 . Well not only did I do it...I knocked it out of the park👊🏼 All of the jumping eventually bothers my knees, but I didn’t stop, I just modified. And guess what...I actually DID NOT MAX OUT😱 (Well the last 60 seconds of power jumps I had to stop for 10 seconds to find my life...but I’m not counting that!) . Be stronger than your excuses. You don’t know what your body is capable of until you just do the damn thing✌🏼

Who wants to be more like Shaun T???? This guys amazing, super motivational.And so much more than that! This new program is not just about physical change he really emphasizes conquering your mind. I truly believe in this concept. My mind kept me in a dark place for a long time. With help and hard work I’ve learned to change my self talk, to take care of myself and have healthy boundaries. Keeping up with my physical health was the same for me. Certain parts of my mind say I can’t do things, but if I push myself a little I find that I can!!! After some success, I was able to lose 30lbs, prioritize in my life, and focus on the things that matter most (my health, happiness, and loved ones). Two or Three months later, I look back and have lost my way ... yet again. I have shared my struggle with consistency here before on a previous post, but never did anything to resolve it. I recognized that I had put my health and well-being on the back burner and distracted myself with other things - things that I cannot even seem to identify now. It’s like... what the heck have I been doing the past two months? 🤦🏼‍♀️ Before, I had found most of my success by creating a plan and sticking to it. Slowing those plans seemed to slip away little by little, until eventually I would start every week HOPING the I would have the strength and energy to eat right, avoid temptation, and dedicate to working out. As Rachel Hollis says, HOPE IS NOT A PLAN. In the beginning, Podcasts were a huge motivator for me to stick to my goals and I have finally reintroduced them into my daily routine! It’s astounding how much of a difference it makes just by being INTENTIONAL with your decisions. Today I am reminding myself that I AM WORTH the time, the energy, and the strength it takes to become a healthier and happier me! I plan to end 2018 with a bang! I felt like today was my day 1 all over again, in a good way. •I woke up ready to crush my workout •I modified, and THATS OKAY •sweat was dripping when I finished .
