Dumbbell curls to Arnold press. Great double exercise movement for any of you that do shoulders and arms/biceps on the same day. In terms of the curl aspect a great tip is to extend the arms fully at the bottom of the movement and contract the tricep as this creates a stretch reflex that allows a more powerful contraction of the biceps for the curl. Další cvik na přední část ramen je tlak s rovnou činkou nad hlavu. Buď můžeme provádět dvěmi variantami. Lehčí varianta je tlak před hlavou. Začínáme s osou tak aby předloktí a paže svíraly pravý uhel a s výdechem vytlačíme činku do nataženych rukou nad hlavu. Pozor si musíme dát na to, aby jsme se neprohýbali v zádech, ale byli jsme stále v jedné rovině. Težší varianta je tlak činky za hlavou. To samé platí jako u předního tlaku. Začínáme s předloktím a pažemi sevřenymi v pravém úhlu. S výdechem vytlačíme osu nad hlavu a poté s nádechem a kontrolovaným pohybem vracíme zpět do praveho úhlu za hlavu. Let’s hit those rears😈 Rear Delts are actually your posterior deltoid💪🏼This is a muscle where outside of the gym in every day to day life, you will most likely not hit (especially us females) which usually results to the muscle being weaker. Any sort of reverse fly or face pull of some sort will activate this muscle so here is a version of a reverse pec deck with palms facing away from each other. You don’t need to go heavy to activate this muscle and I usually keep the rep range 15-20 reps to focus on the mind muscle connection stead of pulling too hard or swinging in a way where my traps take over the load. Move of the day.. Shoulder triset. The shoulders consist of 3 main muscles, anterior, lateral and posterior deltoid (front middle and back). Use this triset to hit them all in one go! 💪💪 💪 💪 - Perform 8-10 front raises (each side) - 8-10 lateral raises - 8-10 rear delt raises 🏋️🏋️‍♀️ 🏋️🏋️‍♀️ Do all three exercises back to back with no rest in between.
