for you 🙈🙈🙈 pic 1 is my first competition last year at the end of November to a month after comp to my last comp I did a few weeks ago, I can’t stress enough to you how important it is to have a reverse diet in place and a good coach like @team_lrf.
I come out of my last show no reverse diet in place, binge eating pretty much most nights to the point of been in pain not actually remembering what I’d ate wakening up the next day feeling guilty and an emotional wreak thinking I’ll go to the gym do 2 hours of cardio a day restrict my cals for the next week to make up for it girls it doesn’t work like that, trust me I would seriously get yourself a good coach that is going to set you a reverse diet and and be there to keep you on track bodybuilding is not an easy sport and it’s as much an emotional roller coaster at times I’ve been with rob @team_lrf
since December 2017 and we are both still learning and growing as a #teamlrf
