Some days, gym really is therapy. 💆🏻♀️
I notice that I get very stressed/depressed/feeling overwhelmed after a few days without gym. 🤯
Even with positive thinking, with relaxing music, with good nutrition, I can’t espace it. I can’t tell if it’s the endorphins, if it’s because I love working out so much, or what but, it’s often the answer.
Moreover, It motivates me, it gives me a sense of accomplishment, it pushes me, it makes me happy 😊.
My current routine is 3-4x week and my program is showed in previous posts.

👀READ👀.... We live in a society full of judgement. Even if you don't mean to, everyone judges others. It starts from the moment you first see/meet someone. You first look at their physical appearance... what color hair they have, how is it styled, how are they dressed, fashionable shoes, did they do a good job on their makeup... etc? These are all questions that go through the average person's head upon first introduction.
Now say we did one small thing. Like take away mirrors. Imagine how that simple act would effect society. Now, it may take a couple of months. But if you couldn't see yourself... how much would you care about others? Would you put as much work and effort into your appearance? Would you judge others? Or would we slowly start to see everyone as equal again? Not caring about the superficial things that make society the way it is today... Just some food for thought!

I tried protein fluff for the first time today and it turned out pretty sad... I mean it tasted great (chocolate protein powder and frozen raspberries, skim milk and stevia) but it wouldn't fluff?!?! Is it because I used grass-fed whey? I'll be trying it again with normal whey protein and some xantham gum!

The key thing to nail this men’s classic physique is obviously building the best classic physique body, but nail and master every single classic pose. Right now I love the side chest, but here is a side tricep pose. Want to post up each week each pose and go from there with before and after. Today obviously didn’t go the way I hoped, but I guess they were looking for someone who was smaller, because I was defiantly the biggest up there by a mile. I’m ok with that, my main goal is to inspire others. The biggest thing I got out of this experience is this photo. Where I was and where I am now, losing 20kgs in 2 months. 14th of September in the left and 19th of October on the right. Crazy how the body has changed so much in so little. 120 mins of cardio and two 1 hour 20 min weight sessions per day. Work hard and you can achieve. 9 days till comp day! 20 weeks till the pro am next year. So amped!
Transformation Thursday. On the left, I'd say in 2013 to now, 2017. Did a weight loss transformation back then, but now it's taking it to the next level. Got the model comp in 2 weeks And the nz pro am classic physique next march. Straight after, I'm ready to take it to the next level! Keep working hard and you can defiantly achieve what you wish. Everyone has the work ethic, you just have to find it from within
