No fad diets, no detox teas, no counting how many calories your burning.
Challenging yourself to the best of your ability and your fitness level is my priority as well as setting you fitness based achievable and sustainable goals.

Of course a by product of eating well, increasing energy is going to be weight loss but that’s not the main focus.
