AYAM LEMON By @doctordailykitchen "Jangan makan ayam setelah operasi" Dalam pengobatan tradisional ada anggapan konsumsi ayam dapat memperlambat penyembuhan luka. Namun, ilmu kedokteran yang ada sekarang justru punya pemahaman yang berbeda. Ayam merupakan salah satu sumber protein yang sangat baik untuk memulihkan kondisi tubuh, termasuk penyembuhan luka setelah operasi. Karena asam amino dari protein berperan pada proses penyembuhan luka, regenerasi jaringan dan imunitas tubuh. Bahan 4 dada ayam fillet, potong dan balur dengan air perahan lemon (1/2 buah) 3 bawang putih, cincang halus 3 bawang merah, cincang halus 1/2 bawang bombay, iris memanjang 1 jeruk lemon, perah airnya dan saring, kemudian sisihkan 1/2 jeruk lemon, iris melintang 2 sdm madu 1 sdm saus tiram 1 gelas air 1 sdm tepung tapioka, larutkan Biji wijen sangrai secukupnya Minyak secukupnya Bahan adonan basah 3 sdm tepung terigu 2 sdm tepung beras 1 sdm tepung tapioka 1 telur 1/2 sdt garam Air secukupnya Bahan adonan kering 3 sdm tepung terigu 2 sdm tepung beras 1 sdm tepung tapioka 1/2 sdt garam Cara 1. Campurkan semua bahan adonan basah hingga menjadi adonan kental. Lalu celupkan potongan ayam dan gulingkan di adonan kering. 2. Goreng ayam yang sudah dilumuri di minyak panas sampai kecoklatan. Kemudian angkat dan tiriskan. 3. Panaskan minyak, masukan cincangan bawang putih dan merah sampai kecoklatan. Lalu masukan bawang bombay dan irisan buah lemon. 4. Tambahkan air, air lemon, madu, dan saus tiram. Setelah mendidih masukan larutan tepung tapioka perlahan sambil diaduk. 5. Setelah mengental, masukan ayam dan aduk rata kemudian angkat. 6. IKAN KEMBUNG BAKAR BUMBU PADANG By @eunice_euston Bahan : 2 ekor ikan kembung 1 buah jeruk nipis ambil airnya 1 batang serai, iris tipis 100 ml santan Haluskan : 10 bawang merah 5 bawangbputih 12 cabai keriting merah 10 cabai rawit 2 cm kunyit 3 cm jahe 2 cm lengkuas 1/2 sdt gula pasir 1 sdt garam Cara membuat : 1. Cuci ikan, buang kotorqn dan insang, kerat- kerat badannya. Lumuri ikan dengan air jeruk nipis, diamkan selama 30 menit Cuci ikan kembali, sisihkan. 2. Satukan santan bersama serai dan bumbu halus, masukkan ikan kembung..pastikan ikan dan bagian dalam (perut) ikan terbalut bumbu. Diamkan ikan selama 30 menit hingga bumbu meresap. 3. Panggang ikan di alat pemanggang atau wajan anti lengket. Cuci sampai bersih beras, sisihkan. 2. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum. Masukkan santan dan sisa bahan, aduk rata. Masukkan beras, masak sambil diaduk sampai santan menyusut. So when ever I plan to cook it I presoak it overnight....but sometimes ( read many times ๐Ÿ˜›) I forget....So I take Rajma in little water and cook it on low flame without closing & locking cooker's lid for about 7-8 minutes ( just keep cooker covered) and moment Rajma start looking shriveled I pour normal water and salt . And close the cooker and whistle it up to 7-8 times.Rajma comes out to be prefectly cooked. . . Other way is to give Rajma 2 whistles in cooker and open cooker immediately.
