DELECTABLE coconut butter🌴! I didn't realize coconut butter was so easy to make and so versatile. Whether in a savory dish or a sweet one, it's a great way to add healthy, delicious fat to your meals. It was the perfect treat for these coconut butter cups. The naturally sweet coconut meat meant I didn't need to add any sweetener. Just blend unsweetened coconut flakes and a pinch of salt in blender until smooth, fill butter in paper cups, and pop into freezer until firm. I know not too many people like cottage cheese but if you try it this way I'm sure you will love it. I mixed together zucchini, red peppers ,green peppers ,tomatoes ,celery and scallion with a half a cup of cottage cheese and one tablespoon of sour cream salt and pepper to taste. Praktis, dikala pengen ngemil tapi males rempong. Ваши любимые специи и заливаем водой, ну если вы совсем идеальная, то бульоном. И минут 15-20 тушим. Затем раскладываем эту начинку в перцы и накрываем. Духовка на 180, минут на 40, перцы закрываем фольгой. В конце открыть фольгу, чтобы они зарумянились. P.S. можно добавить поджаренные кедровые орешки, когда готовите начинку для перцев в самом конце, тоже очень вкусно. 😋

Only call out is that they taste best when eaten the next day. Since they are made out of condensed milk, its slightly chewy on the same day. 😂😎 . . . ingredients for 10 pedas: 1 tb sp ghee🛢️ 200 ml condensed milk 🍼🐄🥛 200 gm milk powder 🐄 3-4 saffron strands, cardamom powder Cook only for 3-5 mins (more you cook, the more chewy it gets) That's it. I grabbed my plate and took it to my room and ate breakfast in bed 🤫 don’t tell my husband! For the Pancakes 1 c @arrowheadmills buttermilk mix 1/2 c milk 1/2 c water 1/2 c pumpkin purée (not pie filling) 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Spray skillet with non stick coconut oil and cook pancakes on medium heat. Toppings: pears, @purely_elizabeth granola, chia seeds, ground cinnamon & @simpletruth4u maple syrup Happy Sunday 💒
