Simple meals work in our household. I don’t have time to spend ALL the hours in the kitchen. Life is BUSY as a mum, but that’s no excuse not to eat well. This took 5 minutes to make! It was tasty, quick, high in protein, healthy fats, veggies, filling and on plan.
I like to eat ‘clean’ and healthy but I don’t cook separate meals for any member of the family. We all eat and enjoy the same meals. 💚

Make your own buddha bowl! Eating health on the go doesn’t have to he hard.
Here’s what you need:
- Right Foods Sweet Potato Kale Quinoa Salad Cup
- 1/2 cup roasted sweet potato chunks
- 1/2 cup sauteed dino kale
- 1/4 ripe 🥑
- sesame seeds

- 150 г ц/з муки (у меня 75г пшеничной и 75г ржаной)
- 50 г семян льна
- 150 г моркови
- 20 г оливкового масла
- 0,5 ч л соли
- специи (у меня паприка и хмели-сунели)
- 80 мл воды
1️⃣ Смешать все сухие ингредиенты
2️⃣ Добавить натертую на мелкой терке морковь, масло и воду
3️⃣ Замешать тесто и оставить отдохнут на минут 15
4️⃣ Распределить тесто тонким слоем (2-3 мм) по силиконовому коврику (я делала это руками)
5️⃣ Разрезать ножом на прямоугольники
6️⃣ Отправить в разогретую духовку ~180 на 40 минут. В конце можно включить на минут 10 режим конвекции либо приоткрыть дверцу духовки

Ever opened a brand new bag of chips, sat down to watch a movie or show and 5 minutes into the movie/show, you realize that you ate the ENTIRE bag of chips!!! Just like magic, they all disappeared. Been there...Done that.
Try this...place one serving of chips in a bowl, close the bag of chips then return the bag to the cupboard. Since the bag of chips is put away, you won't accidentally eat the entire bag without realizing it.
