Sometimes you just have to make do with what you've got, & make the best of it!
I need quick meals I can rustle up, that are going to give my preggo belly a #proteinhit
, but also pack in some vitamins, minerals & healthy fats too.
There wasn't much in the fridge today, besides halloumi of course. So I cooked that up, along with some diced tomato & spinach in olive oil, served on toasted gluten-free bloomer 😋 #simplefood
PS we are still staying with my parents whilst we set up our new UK life - check out the classic 1960's plate! I actually hid the central flower design of the plate with the bread very strategically! 😆 #instachic
