Mango pickle First time had this kind of pickle made by my friend's mother and absolutely loved it and hence got the recipe and made it multiple times already. 😊 Recipe : Raw mangoes 5 Crushed ginger n garlic 2 and half tablespoon Chilly powder ( Kashmiri ) 6 table spoon Fenugreek powder 1/4th tablespoon Asafoetida powder 1/2 tablespoon Curry leaves Mustard Dry chillies ❤Cut mangoes into pieces and mix a table spoon of chilly powder and salt and keep it for about half an hour or more and steam them till it softens . ❤Add oil to pan and splutter mustard seeds dry chillies and curry leaves. . ❤Add ginger garlic paste and stir till raw smell is gone. . ❤Keep flame on low add fenugreek powder asafoetida powder and chilly powder and add some water and let it just come to a boil . . ❤Add steam softened mango pieces and mix it well. #foodpics #foodphotography #wondersofkerala #keralarecipes #pickle #simplerecipe #yum #kerala360 #keralagodsowncountry #foodsgram #indiancusine #kerala #nomnom24x7 #nomnomnom #spicy #foodbloggers #lovecooking ❤️ #joyofcooking
SATE TELUR PUYUH MARMER By @dapurwafda Bahan: 1/2 kg telur puyuh 6 siung bawang merah 4 siung bawang putih 2 butir kemiri 3 lembar daun salam 2 cm lengkuas 2 cm jahe 1/2 butir gula jawa 3 sdm kecap manis Garam secukupnya . Cara: 1. Bersihkan telur puyuh, kemudian rebus +- 5 menit. Angkat, pecahkan kulit telur dengan sendok tapi jangan sampai kulit terkelupas. Sisihkan. 2. Siapkan panci isi dengan 2 gelas air. Haluskan duo bawang, dan kemiri. Kemudian masukkan ke dalam panci yg sudah berisi air. Tambahkan daun salam, jahe dan lengkuas yg sudah di geprek, masak hingga mendidih. 3. Simple Chicken potato curry🍗🍗🥔🥔🥔 recipe: Ingredients: 1.Chicken - 500gm 2. Onion - 2 finely chopped 3. Tomato - 1 finely chopped 4. Potato - 2 (cut it into cubes) 5. Cardamom, cloves - 2 nos 6. Cinnamon - 1" stick 7. Turmeric powder- 1tsp 8. Chilli powder- 2tbsp 9. Coriander powder- 2 tbsp 10. Fennel powder- 1tbsp 11. Garam masala - 2tsp 12. Salt - as needed 13. Oil - 3 tbsp 14. Ginger garlic paste- 2tbsp 15. Coriander leaves - for garnish Procedure: 1. In a pan, heat oil and add cardamom, cloves and cinnamon. 2. Then add onion and salt and saute it until golden brown. 3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for about 5 mins. 4. Once raw smell gone,add tomato and cook it till mashy. 5. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, fennel powder and garam masala and mix them well. 6. Add chicken, potato and half cup of water. 7. If needed add some salt and cover it and cook untill it done. 8. Garnish with coriander leaves.. 9. Deliciously simple Vegan Tomato & Wilted Rocket Pasta. A fabulously speedy dish, that’s full of flavour and ready in less than 20 minutes. Simply place your pasta on to boil according to pack instructions. Meanwhile half around 450g of cherry tomatoes and finely chop 2 cloves of garlic. Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a pan and add garlic. When it’s golden add the tomatoes and stir gently until they’re heated through but still holding their shape. Pour over 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar and cook for a further minute. Finally add two good handfuls of fresh rocket and stir in until wilted. Add seasoning. Drain the pasta and stir everything together and you’re done. Pas banget ketemu video @yummy.idn Buncis Lada Garam, buncisnya digoreng tepung, trus ditabur lada garam/cabe tumis bawang putih. Cus resepnya ya BUNCIS LADA GARAM Source : @yummy.idn recooked by @tsaniwismono Bahan : 500 gr buncis mini 100 gr tepung terigu 50 gr tepung beras 75 ml air 1 sdt penyedap rasa (saya pakai kaldu ayam bubuk) 5 siung bawang putih, cincang 10 buah cabai rawit merah, iris 3 lembar daun jeruk, iris ½ sdt garam ¼ sdt merica . Cara Memasak: 1. Masukkan tepung terigu, tepung beras dan penyedap rasa/kaldu ayam bubuk dalam satu wadah. Beri air aduk rata.  2. Celup buncis ke dalam adonan terigu, lalu goreng dalam minyak panas. Goreng hingga tepung menjadi krispi. Angkat dan tiriskan.  3. Tumis bawang putih hingga kecoklatan. Masukkan cabai rawit, daun jeruk. Aduk rata. Masukkan garam dan merica. Masak hingga keluar aroma daun jeruk. angkat .  4. Siram tumisan cabe ke atas buncis yang sudah digoreng. 5. Sajikan. Catatan : saya tambahkan tomat cherry dibelah kemudian ditumis di wajan bekas menumis cabe . With this tea latte, we wanted to try capture some of our favorite classic Fall flavors in one mug. Tag a friend you'd love to enjoy a cup with and be sure to let us know if you try it out. ___ Fall Flavors Latte INGREDIENTS 4 cups @Elmhurst1925 Milked Oats™ 4 Chai Spiced tea bags 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp Nutmeg For garnish - 4 cinnamon sticks DIRECTIONS In a medium pot, combine the Milked Oats and chai tea bags. Heat mixture for 3 to 5 minutes until the chai tea has steeped in the milk. Remove tea bags and whisk in pumpkin puree, maple syrup, nutmeg and vanilla extract. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-5 minutes to reduce the mixture slowly. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy the taste of Fall. Where my Salmon Lover At? ☺️ Lightly sautéed Spinach Steamed white rice Diced Salmon with cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives!☺️ Absolutely Delis Healthy and so easy and quick to prep: Rinse rice throughly place it in pan with water covering about 1inch above it, cover with lid , medium-low heat and let it do its thing. In about 10 mins will be ready. Test check? Water is fully absorbed, rice is nice and fluffy. Spinach: add olive oil to the pans toss in spinach right away stirring to make sure they all get coated, add some himalaya salt, remove from pan when cooked yet still vibrantly green💚😃 Salmon : dice salmon and cherry tomatoes, add olive oil to the pan, add some garlic and sauté for 1 to mins max, add tomatoes, sauté for 5 to 7 mins , add Kalamata olives and then... the star of the show : the good old Salmon. Stir this deliciousness at low heat add some Himalaya salt and your spices of choice! Tomato Cilantro Rice You’ll want to save this recipe 👌 . INGREDIENTS: ▪️2 tablespoons of olive oil ▪️2 teaspoons of garlic, or 2 cloves finely chopped ▪️1/2 small onion, finely chopped ▪️1 cup of rice ▪️2 cups of chicken or vegetable broth ▪️2 1/2 tablespoons of tomato paste ▪️Pinch of salt ▪️Cilantro . DIRECTIONS: 🔹In deep pan or medium pot, heat olive oil (on medium heat) and add garlic and onions. Stir together for 3 minutes (do not burn or brown). 🔹Add rice and mix quickly for a minute. 🔹Immediately add broth and bring to a boil. 🔹Reduce to medium heat and add tomato paste and mix until dissolved. 🔹Cover and cook rice on low to medium heat for 10 minutes. 🔹Remove lid and place a bunch of cilantro directly on top of rice (attached to stem, not chopped). 🔹Cover again and cook for 5 more minutes on low heat until all liquid is absorbed. 🔹Remove pan from burner and set aside. Keep covered for 10 more minutes with cilantro bunch still inside. 🔹Remove cilantro bunch from top of rice (and throw away), fluff rice and sprinkle with freshly chopped cilantro 😋 Enjoy! . Super simple pasta made in less then 20 minutes - that includes prep time 🙌🏼 . . We’ve got a wheat intolerance at home so I used a brown rice shell pasta, minced garlic & parsley and chopped spinach & mushrooms. Cooked the veggies in a tiny bit of avocado oil (just enough not to stick) and dressed the pasta with olive oil. . . Pairing this for dinner tonight with some leftover BBQ chicken breast for the fam and probably some boiled eggs for myself. . . My aversion to chicken in particular is at an all time high lately. Any suggestions on plant-based proteins that could help me get through this phase.
