20% CE ferulic serum
Vitamin C serum
My favourite vitamin c serum so far has been the timeless one. I swear by vitamin c and I attribute part of my bright glowy skin to this one ingredient. I have a post on the blog on Vitamin C products that I have tried if you are interested.
Normally I buy the 30ml size of the timeless vitamin c serum but I decided to purchase the refill size when they had 50% off if you spent a certain amount. I started using it every single day from the second week of October and I finished it in the first week of January.
I am very generous with my vitamin c serums and I apply on my face, neck, chest and hands.
I wasn’t planning on buying a replacement for my vitamin C because I have a couple of serums unopened and I am saving my coins for the Dennis Gross IPL serum but I was weak and ended up buying the new Pixi beauty vitamin c when I spotted it @shoppersdrugmartofficial
So far I have used it every single day for over 2 weeks. I can’t speak much on any brightening effects because it is too early. My skin has been brighter lately and more even but I attribute that to my regular use of Garden of wisdom azelaic acid serum and the @qrxlabs
Kojic Acid serum.
The pixi is okay in my opinion but I definitely won’t be repurchasing it. It has started showing little signs of oxidation so it is not that stable.I will use it up as soon as I can but I don’t expect it to do anything special. It also dries down tacky which I don’t like but can be easily fixed with a face mist or moisturizer.
If your skin is sensitive you might want to avoid it because it contains a bunch of citrus extracts. It smells like peppermint and it doesn’t bother me because I don’t mind fragrance in my skincare products.
