Looking back to last year's harvest of organic Chamomile, Matricaria chamomilla, or German Chamomile. Such a delicate flower so full of medicine. With the carminative, antioxidant, antispasmodic, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, anticatarral and mild sedative properties, there is such a range of possible uses of this flower.
Traditionally used in an infusion to aid relaxation, induce sleep and relieve insomnia. Regular use has known to ease anxiety and depression, and especially help relieve headaches.
Used also to aid digestion and stomach problems, ease muscle cramps and spasms, particularly menstrual pain.
An infusion of chamomile can be poured over irritated, dry and problematic skin, or added to a bath to provide a longer treatment.
Traditionally chamomile infusion has been used to wash eyes, and wounds. I have personally washed all my babies eyes with chamomile, especially when they were a bit sticky.
Regular use can help the boost immune system, and clear away mucus from the body.

Since birth sleep had always been a challenge as she preferred to be awake and play. When it did come time to put her down for a nap or for bedtime, it took a huge amount of rocking, patting, ssh-ing, breastfeeding…or a combination of all!
After falling alseep in our arms, we would gently place her into her crib where she would last for around 2 hours before waking and needing the whole process to be repeated.

We approached Judy and she immediately put our minds at ease through sharing her expert knowledge into the field of sleep and giving reassurance to all the questions we posed – no matter how silly they seemed at the time.
Judy then put together a tailor-made plan and guided us through the steps, day-by-day, making tweaks and adjustments to the original plan where required to make sure everything was working.
S immediately slept a full 12 hours on night one – which was a miracle! And this has continued since we implemented the plan nearly 6 weeks ago!! Her daytime naps where challenging at the start – however, a few tweaks and adjustments food have seen significant improvements in the her ability to sleep in the day.
The biggest test came during our recent christmas holiday – where we tackled 2 flights, staying in a hotel, as well a few sleeps in the stroller car seat whilst out sightseeing during nap times. All worked well and perhaps the constant voice of Judy saying just stick to the plan’ made this all possible!
