Sometimes we want something, genuinely REALLY want it, and we’re interested in finding out how to get there, but we’re just not 100% committed to actually taking the action needed.
I speak to women who tell me how much they REALLY REALLY want it, we talk through how their current weight is affecting them day to day; physically, emotionally, and mentally, yet they cannot commit to taking the necessary action to solve their problem.
The action will likely involve making changes to your current thoughts and beliefs about yourself and what is possible for you, plus changes to your day to day behaviour and habits - and this is where a lot of people can become stuck😣
If YOU really really want change then ask yourself, are you 100% committed to doing what it takes and taking the time to do it? Or are you just interested in talking about it?
