Hey guys, so first post and all thought I’d introduce myself, I’m Moll, been a serial dieter for years and since having my 2 year old my weight has just slowly but surely been increasing. Saw photos of myself at my 2 year olds birthday and I realised I’m at my biggest weight and need to change...
So here we are! Attempting slimming world at home because the group I attended I wasn’t comfortable in so I’m trying to follow the programme and weigh myself on my own terms. .
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes 🍳🍄🍅
Lunch: homemade speed soup and Aldi quinoa crisps (5 syns apparently it says online - if anyone knows different please tell me) 🥣
Dinner: we went for a Nando’s 🙈 BUT I got butterfly chicken (3 syns), sweet potato mash and veg (not sure but it was all plain so I’m guessing free?) 🤦🏼♀️
Chicken, barley & veg soup 🍵 I had a piece of wholemeal bread (4.5) & some butter (1) with it because I was sooooooo hungry 😩😂
Curried Chicken and Cauliflower Bake! A slimming world recipe that’s super yum and speedy. I’ve realised I’ve been having quite a lot of carbs... Which is great but also is slowing down the weight loss so I’m cutting back a little on carbs this week! #slimmingworld
Slimming world dinner at my in laws! Doing an event up north tomorrow, so staying with my in laws tonight and they’ve made me a slimming world meal 💖
