Today was a good day! Got up early, made breakfast, spent the whole day decorating and moving, and REALLY resisted temptation!
Breakfast: SW oat pancakes with trimmed bacon, berries and maple syrup (2)
Lunch: (between houses so just had what was available...) KD with bacon and mushrooms
Dinner - at 11pm as we were so wrapped up in unpacking all of our stuff! Steak with mash (which I don't think was buttered), green and yellow beans, and mushrooms (guessing a bit of oil, so 6). What I very almost ordered was the burger with sweet potato fries! Thankfully the angel on my shoulder reminded me how bad I've been recently!!
Drinks: Had an iced Americano earlier with just a splash of milk, and enjoying a light hot chocolate now (1.5) with raspberry skinny syrup.
Bringing today's total to 9.5 😊
Turkey burgers on whole wheat potato rolls with sliced tomatoes , half a slice of cheese on each and ketchup / light mayo. With a tomato salad seasoned with basil , garlic and s&p. A quick dinner , nothing fancy! I've completely replaced ground beef with lean ground turkey and it's been a game changer ! I highly recommend trying to swap! I'm currently 203 still - soooo close to onederland I can taste it!!! Follow me and let's be friends ! This is what a 500 calorie meal looks like... to be honest I was so excited to come home to a big meal and then this is what it ended up being 😂 I can't believe some people fast on only 500 calories a day, I wouldn't be able to handle it! It's probably just my appetite too but I was trying to save a lot of my macros for dinner and was still starving afterwards! Rice with teriyaki chicken, soy pieces and silken tofu scrambled eggs! First time using silken tofu in place of some eggs for scram and it worked well too 😋
