Vanilla oat muffins with yogurt and strawberries. Half a syn for the chocolate shot.
Personally I don't syn yogurts as I lost 5st without synning them so I will continue not synning them. Plus I don't eat yogurts in excess.
For lunch is butternut squash soup and slice of wholemeal bread for 2.5 syns.
Yesterday I forgot to take photos of my dinner and dessert as it was busy trying to feed 10 people a Sunday dinner.

Breakfast was a bacon batch on wholemeal batch (hexB)
Dinner was a chicken stir fry and rice from the Chinese (not sure of the syns so 15 to be on the safe side)
It was girls night with the girls from work so a takeaway was in order and I tried to pick what I thought would be the best option. I'm not a big fan of the curries as they always look oily so stir fry is my usual pick or chicken wings.
Snacks have been grapes, apples and oranges as standard.

This weekend has flown by! Saturday we went to watch Disney on Ice in Birmingham. It was amazing 🤩. I also made good food choices 😉. I made a SW fry up which we have now named a 'SlimUp'. It was yummy! Wholemeal toast (heB) topped with spinach, scrambled egg, beans and tomatoes plus 2 Aldi Irish recipe frozen sausages (5). And an early dinner out in Birmingham, half a roast chicken (and yes I did remove the skin...reluctantly 😭) with spinach, green beans and peas.
