Sooooo it’s obvious to see that I’ve not been posting food pics the last week or more, I’ve not been 100% on plan as you know it is a very busy time of year so it’s literally been grab and go snacks and dinners
Work Christmas party Friday involved lots of drink and food also.
I’ve not been counting my syns or keeping my food diary, although I don’t think I’ve been too bad the last few days syn wise, will it be enough to at least get a maintain on Wednesday 🙄 we shall see.
One thing is for certain though, I’ve not touched the Christmas goodies box yet 😀
I hope everyone is enjoying the run up to Christmas, I am pretty much finished now I’ve even done my food shop just got to get couple of fresh bits in the next few days 👍🏻

Ok you’ll all think i’ve lost the plot - I’ve been so badly off plan this last month or so I NEED to do this for myself this week. From today until Sunday I will be on plan every single day - I am limiting myself to 10 syns a day not 15 & making sure I drink plenty! If I can feel good this week then over Xmas I won’t feel as bad for over indulging! No alcohol from now until Christmas Eve!!!! If I have a chocolate - it’ll be getting synned! NO eating from the shitty tuck shop at work that only has chocolate sweets crisps etc nothing healthy!!!! It’s too cold to eat fruit but I’m gonna try and eat a punnet of strawberries nearly everyday!!!! (Need to get some first 😂) - all planned, written down for the next week & I’m ready to get my head back in the game! 🙃😝
Errrrrmmmmm I have no idea what to say about this but WOW I’m so pleased!! 😱. I had a bit of a mince pie overload on Wednesday 🤦🏻♀️ (you probably saw my baklava mince pie rant LOL), I can only put this loss down to not drinking last week!! I normally get weighed on a Friday but I’m on call this week so had to come today. That’s my last weigh in of the year now ❤️. I am booked off next week due to my shifts!
