My sisters local supermarket is a Morrisons so I finally got to pick up some of these beauties! Stocked up and brought loads home for the freezer. 4 syns for 2 fish cakes with SW chips and a load of lettuce for a 6pm lunch (?) before night shift.
Always get confused as to which day to put food on with night shifts, but this time I’m trying midnight to midnight and hoping it works 🙈

Tonight’s Tea 😌❤️ M&S Skinny kebabs (0.5 each) I only 3 Cos there was a huge portion 😂 Savoury rice (free), HEXB pitta bread, HEXA cheese, some red onion & 4 syns for sauce 😊😋✌🏽 Unreal! Will definitely be having them again 😍
Eating ice-cream helped me lose weight and keep it off!
I know it reads like the most Click-Baity sentence ever but I am very happy to say it's true.
If you've followed me for a while, you'll know that I LOVE ICE-CREAM😍! It just makes me happy🤗.
In the past, I tried to "Eat Clean" a lot and that meant avoiding "Bad" foods like ice-cream☠️.
At the time I didn't realise that "Black & White" thinking like that was the reason I could never maintain my weigh loss 🤦🏻♂️.
My diets would always follow the same pattern.
➡️ Restrict "bad" foods to lose weight.
➡️ All the restriction would eventually wear my will power out.
➡️ I'd eat some of the "bad" food which would lead to over-eating it... a lot (because if I've eaten some "bad" food the diet is ruined so I may as well eat it all, right!?).
➡️ Gain back the weight I'd lost.
➡️ Feel guilt and shame for overeating.
Then I learned about Flexible Dieting and everything changed.
✔️ I learned the true importance of calories and macros.
✔️ That there are no Good or Bad foods.
✔️ That you can fit the foods you love into your diet.
✔️ That you can eat ice-cream and lose weight too.
IT WAS LIKE A SWITCH HAD FLIPPED IN MY HEAD💡!
I started to include ice-cream (and other foods I love) into my diet (in responsible portions) and you know what? I didn't feel so restricted. I felt more satisfied about what I was eating 🍓🥦🍗🧀🍦.
I finally was able to lose weight and keep it off and develop a much better relationship with food🎉.
It took me years to realise that a healthy, weight-loss diet didn't have to eliminate all the foods I love. It held me back for years.
❎ Don't make my mistake.
❎ Don't demonise foods.
☑️ Enjoy the foods you love 😉.
