I’ve not been on much this week for no other reason that I’ve been busy! My big brave boy saw his surgeon on Thursday and after initially not being optimistic about his hand regaining all its function back are now much more optimistic and it’s all down to his hard work! This mummy has made him constantly work and use that arm and he’s not complained once and just kept trying and looks like it’s paying off, he’s not out of the woods yet and is due to have more surgery on his arm on Saturday! The day before his fourth birthday party!!! So that’s what we’re focusing on- his birthday! Here he is outside the hospital with his nana doing a spot of bee hunting, still smiling despite the trauma!
In other news, I am trying to plan ahead in all areas of my life. You know what they say... planning prevents pi$$ poor performance! And you know what?! It’s working! I’m eating better because I’ve done a specific weekly shop, I’m exercising because I’ve organised baby sitters and I’m getting shit done in general because I don’t feel scatty. #mumofboys #slimmingworld #anxiety #slimmingworlduk #slimmingworldfood

So I’ve been quiet the last few days, I haven’t been 100% on plan I lost my motivation after last weeks maintain when I felt like I had worked my ass off! But came away with a 1.5lb loss, I think I’ve found that I over think about the plan and actually don’t consume enough calories on the days that I believe are good days. I am taking a week and a bit off now as I’m off on our first family holiday to Cornwall on Friday! This is a self catering holiday so we won’t be going mental so I’m hoping not to make too much damage!
