Morning, woken this morning not feeling great. Feel like i am getting a cold.
Update in my husband, he managed to stay on plan all day. He said he was full on his pasta salad that he could not eat it all. He is terrible to think that keep on plan during the week but binge all weekend, but I was surprised when he said that he wants to have one treat day which will be Sunday. He going to help me plan the meals.
I have packed him off today with cereal bars, fruit, quavers,pasta salad with pizza topped chicken(as he didn’t eat it yesterday, due to working late). Oh yes and he even said he wants to lose if possible 1 stone by November.
My breakfast today is yogurt (1) with strawberries banana and raspberries.
Lunch chicken salad wrap followed by grapes nectarine and pear.
I’m hoping after collecting my son from school that I will go to the gym, not been since July, so I may find it a struggle.
Since Saturday I have also been completing my 10000 steps. I am on a mission.
