Late breakfast post! I ate this and went to food heaven for a minute 😍 it’s a toasted bagel filled with speedy mushrooms and tomatoes, bacon and a slice of black pudding (3.5) + a squirt of tommy sauce for half a syn!
Looks like a mess😂😂 but I’m on my own in the office today and just to get it done quickly I threw it all together😂😂 left over chilli in hexB wrap with half my hexA with lettuce and cucumbers for extra speed!! N then 3syns of the mango crisp things🤙🏼
3.5 syns for this and was yum, breakfast was this muller yoghurt and 3.5 syns for the mini smarties! Also had a banana for breakfast!
Yesterday was not on plan, hungover me can’t say no to food😂😭 back on plan today thou!! Want another loss on Friday and best to get back on plan now!
