I had a few treats this week but I cant pretend I wasn't hoping for more. I've become a bit lax with logging food on MFP so will go back to doing that again. I ignore the calories, it just helps me to log it and think.... do I really need another yogurt/banana/entire punnet of grapes?! 🙊I'm off on holiday in just over 2 weeks time and I'll be off plan then so I'm planning on being super strict from now until then!

NAME CHANGE.. I’ve decided to change my name, I’m not really following slimming world properly now but will still be going to group to weigh in as an incentive. Official post all inclusive holiday weigh in : +5.5lbs 🤷🏻♀️ I’m actually okay with this - I’ve eaten and drank exactly what I wanted and had the most amazing time and wouldn’t change a thing! I still fit in my size 12 clothes and I was expecting a much bigger gain! Here’s to getting it off this week!
