Magical morning on the water. Moving outside my comfort zone for a first SUP lesson. Thanks a million @crackerjackpaddlesports
making it happen (and to me for actually showing up). Daily movement is so essential and when it includes nature it’s even better. Smiling.
Flat me ready for the Global Energy 10k tomorrow... I think Ruby approves!! An old friend from high school is running his first every 10k tomorrow.. he’ll either love me or hate me or both 😂😂😂!
👑 2 4 0 0 👑 Building a brand on this platform has been a slow but inspirational grind. To the new friends and connections, thank you for your support! And to the unfollowers I know IRL, thank you for reminding me that I am too much for some people. And that's okay! #toeachherown #notimeforgames #gratefulforyou
💫A little bit about me💫
I'm a 22 year old Irish gal living in London. I fell in love with yoga while completing my HND in Dance at Glasgow Clyde College 💃 I loved the quiet, the stillness and the sense of peace that yoga offered.
Fast forward to today, yoga has become part of my everyday life. It is an integral part of my wellbeing and mental health self-care routine. Yoga is always there (even if it only consists of breathing for 5 minutes sitting on the ground). I want to document my way through my first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training 🙏 As not only a diary for myself but hopefully to inspire others to give yoga and the likes a chance! The training is fast approaching and I couldn't be more grateful to delve into the world of yoga 😍

Adding new skills to the toolbox! One of the new movements that @ironkimono
taught me how to do is the kettlebell windmill. It’s so valuable in hip flexibility (something I struggle with) and shoulder stability (something I also struggle with) .
• Clean and press the bell above your head
• Rotate the feet 30-45 degrees
• Keep the back leg straight while slightly bending the front. Drive your hip back as you slowly descend.
• Reach for the ground while keeping your eye on the bell.
• Return to standing. Repeat as many times as desired!
I recommend starting with a yoga block. This will teach you to pack your shoulder to maintain stability. The next step would be to load the lower half of the windmill, still balancing the yoga block. Finally, exchange the yoga block with a kettlebell to load the top half.
Good luck! 💪🏼
Little handsome has been sleeping almost all day!! Our goal to leave is 50 ml and so far at 40 it seems to just be too much. We have had to pause and take a few breaks today. So we will be staying again tonight. Right before these pictures he was screaming in pain. As soon as we unhooked the feed he stopped crying. I wish I could show y’all how big his belly has distended to :/ his stomach is just tiny and not quite ready for his goal feed. Taking another break, letting him recoup and we will hook him up again. Slow and steady. That’s our goal. I can tell you one thing, I’m missing Nateman like crazy! #fearisntwelcomehere #godsplan #godsgift #gtubebaby #slowandsteady #littlemodel #faceoftch
