Confession: I ate a cookie today! 🙄 Okay, I ate 3! 🤓 #notashamed
I usually fall into guilt when I slip, and it usually leads to worse transgressions...for days/weeks.
So now I have this great idea! I’m going to start sharing my bad and #goodchoices
with you guys. This isn’t to shame myself (hell nah!) I realize that life is to be lived, and that I will on occasion make a choice that is yummy but outside of what benefits my body.
While I’m not proud of my bad choice, I’m okay with being human. I’m getting right back on the wagon, forgiving and loving myself - mistakes and all.
Plus, I’ll push extra hard in the gym tonight to make up for the #badchoices

trainers see this post before my session tonight, I’m sure they’ll make sure I do too! 😂
Having said all that, I know I am a compulsive sugar head. One cookie could have easily turned into the whole packet. So having you (my public diary) as my #accountability
system could be what keeps away from taking things too far and beyond moderation. Who knows? 🤷🏾♀️ It’s worth trying, because I figure that if I remember that my transgressions will be fessed up to later in a post, I just might become discouraged from doing the bad deed or keeping it to a limit instead. After all, confessing that I ate 3 cookies is much less alarming than confessing I ate 18. 😂
This could also motivate me to share my good choices instead (as positive affirmation). Sounds like an experiment, don’t it?
