Shoulder press, Bulgarian lunges, machine leg press, dumbbell lateral raises, barbell deadlifts among others on the schedule today. Albondigas (meatball) soup is the perfect fall slow carb meal. The original recipe calls for rice in the meatball but I just leave that out and don’t miss it at all. See below for the recipe. Feel free to mix up the veggies, everything tastes great in here • Start by making about 20 meatballs by combining 1/2 lb ground beef, 1/2 lb chorizo, 1 egg (beaten), 2 garlic cloves (minced), 1/2 carrot (minced), 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper & 1 tsp ground cumin. • Add all further ingredients to stock pot: 8 cups chicken stock, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 3 stalks celery (chopped), 16 oz can diced tomatoes, 3 carrots (chopped), 1/2 red bell pepper (chipped), 1/4 green cabbage (shredded) and 1 zucchini (chopped). • Bring to a boil and add in meatballs. Cool until meatballs are 165° sand veggies are tender. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and hot sauce

I had wayyyyy too much fun at Oktoberfest! Lmao. I was hammered. I’m glad it was in sync with my cheat day! For my cheat day, I had: -2 Texas Roadhouse rolls slathered in cinnamon butter. The best. -Some donut holes, half of a chocolate custard bar and a few pieces off of a glazed old fashion. I felt sick. 😂 -some Tostitos scoops and queso. 🙌🏻 -Almost an entire large pizza from dominos... oops. 😂 I was so grateful to have that as drunk food when I got home from Oktoberfest. My go to pizza is their Wisconsin six cheese pizza with Alfredo sauce, pepperoni, bacon and pineapple. TRY IT. -a Redd’s blueberry ale for pregame (I have 5 left sitting in my fridge which will be used next cheat day for sure) -6-8 German IPA’s... I thought my stein held two beers. Turns out it was a 32 oz stein. I had two full ones. 😂😂😂 I suck at math, so this is comes as no surprise to me.. But I was definitely drunk. -A couple chips with salsa -one bite of a taco which I couldn’t stomach, and also which I regret wholeheartedly as that was my last bit of cheat food for the day :( -3 or 4 tequila pineapples... I don’t remember. I was too busy dancing. Overall, a success. I really love this way of eating and I’m officially addicted to the results. This week, I am going to add in some cardio as well.
