Dinkel Quark Brötchen mit Beeren Smoothie Kern 🍇🍓🍒 Guten morgen ihr lieben heute wollte ich mal Brötchen mit Füllung backen wie ein Berliner. Herausgekommen sind Quarkdinkelbröttchen gefüllt mit Beerensmoothie. Es ist nicht ganz so wie ich es im Kopf hatte.....Aber belegt mit körnigem Frischkäse und Apfelscheiben extrem lecker😄 . Für die Brötchen habe ich folgende Zutaten benutzt: 250 g Magerquark 250 g Dinkelmehl 1 Ei 1 Pck Backpulver 1-2 EL Pflanzenöl 1 Prise Salz . Alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben und miteinander verrühren. Aus dem Teig 6 Kugeln formen. In die Kugeln habe ich pürierte Beeren mit Chaisamen hineingefüllt. Die Beeren hatte ich mit Chaisamen am Vortag über Nacht in den Kühlschrank gestellt damit die Masse fester wird . Auf die Brötchen habe ich einwenig Eigelb gestrichen und Sesam und Sonnenblumenkörner rübergestreut. Dann die Brötchen bei 175 Grad 20-30 min. im Backofen gebacken. . Haven’t posted much these past few days as it’s been a hectic few days. Traveling again this week😳. It’s been every week for the past couple of months almost. And that’s not all, we moved to a new home 🏡 as well while maintaining my nutrition and 🏋️‍♂️ schedule as much as possible. It’s worked out quite well, except maybe I went a little overboard with the carbs last week (moving week and we didn’t really have proper kitchen supplies/equipment in place) and managed only 3 workouts the entire week. But all in all, I haven’t slipped much.💪 Just rolling with the punches and it’s all about self discipline. So I bought this shirt shortly after my daughter was born and I thought for sure it would fit- but it definitely didnt. I was so discouraged that I just kind of stuffed it in a cabinet somewhere and forgot about it. Slow carbing it up for the next 30 days. I have eliminated all white carbs from my diet and allowing 1 sleep cycle cheat day (8 hours) a week. My dinners usually look the same. They contain a protein, veggies, and legumes. My fiber intake is a lot higher than my average go to diet/keto. I also find this more enjoyable now that I can have wine with my dinner. Up to two glasses of red wine! So what’s better than that? Obviously no diet at all.. BUT I truly think sugar was making me depressed. Sorry - no #digitalnomad #foodporn here this time. 😕 The #nutritional #hedonism of a 2 week, all inclusive cruise is over, and it's back to putting healthy fuel in the tank. ☺ But my, my, my, those memories 😋...carb & sugar speedballs at every meal - as many as you want! 😯 The only way I could keep from exploding from the bloating was dropping to one meal a day to give my body a chance to recover a bit! 😕 It's going to take a little while to get to feeling normal again. It was delightful, it was painful, it was instructional, and ultimately, motivational.

I love using spinach as a salad base instead of typical salad greens 🥬 (romaine, iceberg) because it offers so much more nutritional value. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids), manganese, folate, magnesium, iron, copper, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin E, calcium, potassium and vitamin C. Eh sì uno ad uno li ho stesi ed arrotolati, dicendo ogni tanto qualche AveMaria perchè mi si appiccicavano al ferretto, ma alla fine chi la dura la vince💪 In famiglia chiedevano un "primo tradizionale", così ho mischiato farina di farro con semola 30%, sale ed acqua tiepida e via di bicipiti!!! La crema di pisellini è solo una frullata di pisellini congelati con un cucchiaio di olio evo. Mentre per la crema di crostacei, ho soffritto aglio olio con un paio di acciughine sott'olio aggiungendo i gamberoni e facendoli colorare, ne ho tolti alcuni per decorare il piatto ed ho aggiunto il brodino filtrato fatto con i carapaci e le teste, un giro di minipimer ed un cucchiaio di panna vegetale. Non indicato per Celiaci Vegetariani e Veg e per diabetici con HbA1c 》7.5. Let’s talk weight loss 📉 as well as weight gain 📈 today... it’s been on my mind about whether I should focus on it with my wedding in mind (@theknot reminded me I’m around 290 more days to go! 😬 wow!) I spent the better part of this year on a weight GAINING journey, something most women don’t typically do. Something I’ve never done either, being so obsessed with weight loss all my damn life. I wanted to know what it felt like to be STRONG 💪🏼 for once, and even though it meant buying all new clothes to have to size up 😫 the struggles were well worth the benefits! I gained a healthy resumption of my menstrual cycle WITHOUT meds as my doctor originally prescribed, my moods have been more stable— less anxiety and depressive thoughts, and though I have more muscle, I’ve never felt more feminine 💃🏽 but not like early 1950’s subordinate feminine 🙃 more like 2018 don’t-fuck-with-me-or-I’ll-beat-you-down feminine 💁🏻‍♀️ which now brings me to my next thought of losing weight... I set a goal for myself to do it for my wedding, but I’m really fighting the notion of it since I worked so hard to get here. Will I be happier with a few pounds down in my dress? Or will I be back to my amenorrheic, anxiety-laden, hangry self again? I also take into consideration that there are a lot of women who would love to be in my place now— physically strong, emotionally stable, and hormonally regular. A body composition with ample fat (on a female) is indicative of a healthy, fertile environment for our evolutionary role of child-bearing. If that’s something I want in the near future, why mess that up??? You men have it so fuckin easy, amirite, ladies??? #SMH 😋

Kala channa (black/dark chickpeas), riced cauliflower masala and some cucumber on the side. We usually eat these chickpeas with rice or roti but I made them more soupy so we could just eat it like a soup. They are crunchier than the white chickpeas and you can get them at an Indian grocery store close to you. Bonus: they have slightly more protein and dietary fiber and have lower glycemic index.
