Meatheads Memphis Dust and sauces with his Kansas City BBQ sauce. These ribs...in the words of Eddie from Christmas Vacation., “were just a real nice surprise!””. Since they are off the rack, it cuts off about 2 hours of cooking time, so I’m 3 hours you have tender ribs with bark all around each side. The video is up now on @abcbarbecue
