Not much time for smoothie bowls now! I wake up at 5:30 with enough time to get myself ready, blend up a smoothie, and leave so I can work in my room for over an hour before the kids show up at 7:50! I'm going to be trying some different sleep schedules sometime soon too. I want to consistently get 8 hours of sleep, I typically get 6 or 7, and see how I feel and if my seemingly chronic dark circles go away!
Anyone have good tips for permanent dark circles?
