Started my day with a light green bowl of banana, zucchini, greens and soy yogurt. Topped with blueberries and chunky monkey granola. Happy days!

Start the Day Right With Harley Pasternak's Breakfast Smoothie
5 raw almonds
1 red apple
190 grams nonfat Greek yogurt
120ml nonfat milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a blender. (Depending on how powerful your blender is, you may need to chop the apple and almonds into small pieces before blending.)
Blend on medium-high for 30 seconds (or until desired consistency).

For the bowl: I blended🌪1/4 of a frozen banana🍌1/4 of a frozen apple🍎1/4 of an orange🍊half of a frozen kiwi with its skin🥝(only if organic) a small handful of frozen blueberries💙with 8 oz of water 💦a scoop of @gardenoflife
Raw Organic Fit vegan vanilla protein powder and a large handful of ice! Topped my bowl with coconut chips🥥@navitasorganics
cocao nibs🍫 and a few flowers🌸 because I’m extra like that😂 💁🏻♀️
🍵 dEATs 👇🏼:
- 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower (doesn’t change the taste)
- 1/4 avocado (makes it extra creamy)
- 1/2 cup papaya or 1 🍌 - 1/2 cup nut milk
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 1 scoop @vitalproteins
matcha collagen (or 1 tsp matcha powder)
- 1 tsp @sunpotion
chlorella (optional: great for detoxification). .
Coconut flakes + walnut + frozen blueberry + @purely_elizabeth
grainfree granola + mint leaves + nut butter drizzle.

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
3/4 cup light coconut milk
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla or caramel extract
1 teaspoon maple syrup
6 ice cubes
Pinch of cacao nibs, optional garnish
In a small skillet over medium-low heat, toast your shredded coconut. Stir frequently for about 3 minutes, making sure none of the coconut burns. Once the edges are a nice golden color, remove from heat, and divide in half.
Combine half of the toasted coconut, coconut milk, cottage cheese, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Top off your smoothie with the rest of the toasted coconut and a sprinkle of the cacao nibs (optional).
Sip and enjoy!

Today I decided to start juicing again. Just like that went to the grocery store to pick up some fruits and veggies I needed. I will be combining that with IF (Intermittent Fasting). Breaking fast at 12pm and then eating every 2-3 hrs. Stopping at 10ish. .
Just some Benefits of juicing:
Removes toxins and heavy metals from your liver
Allows you to get all the nutrients from veggies
Good for leaky gut
Lowers blood sugar levels
Improves performance for athletes
Clears skin .
The long list goes on and on. For me my skin is breaking out and I had severe bloat on Sunday more of which I’ve had in a while. After drinking 10oz of the juice I made today my body craved for MORE. Clearly my body needed it. Listen to your body ladies. It’s the strongest signal. I’m constantly looking for ways to better my overall health. You don’t get to a place where you say ok that’s enough I’m good so starting tomorrow I will be drinking 16-20oz juice for the next 7-14days is the target but the goal is a juice a day as a lifestyle change. I’ve done and love it. Going back to it. .
For those who’ll ask I’ll answer before you do I am drinking ONE juice a day not solely juicing.
