😋😋😋 These are seriously so darn easy. You can’t mess them up!
1 C oats( grind them up in a food processor or blender)
2/3 C Peanut butter
1/2 C Flaxseed
1/2 C Chocolate chips
2 TBSP honey
Mix all together
Refrigerate for an hour or so
Roll into balls OR use a tablespoon if you have OCD and need them all to be the same size (🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️ this method made roughly 2dz)
Now...they are perfectly delicious just like this BUT if you are feeling frisky add a dollop of Nutella or Trader Joe’s Cocoa almond spread to the top and just thank us later!!! These are perfect to make Sunday night to have snacks all week long. Or eat 2 with a smoothie and you have the perfect post workout lunch!!! Be sure to tag #thatsswellmade

My absolute fave snack is bell peppers - they have to be red or orange bc they are sweeter. I love them alone or with salsa. When bored with salsa or needing more satiety, I pair them with hummus or almond butter (sounds weird but sooo good!). 😋 SPINACH & KALE BITES 👶🏻 Finally got some time to film a recipe for our MENU MONDAYS 😁. This recipe is currently on repeat over at our house! 🤤I make these for Emma. Super soft and moist makes it easy for her to eat on her own. I like making them into mini muffins so that I can portion them out. These also freeze really well! A baby favorite and is packed with nutrients! 🤗
👉🏼INGREDIENTS: * Handful of kale * Handful of spinach
* 1 egg white * 1/2 cup baby multigrain cereal * 2 small potatoes * 1/4 chopped onion
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tsp garlic powder * Pinch of salt •••
👉🏼DIRECTIONS: 1️⃣ using a food processor, mix together the kale and the spinach. 2️⃣ add the potatoes and the onion and mix again. 3️⃣ add the egg white, olive oil, garlic powder and salt. Mix. 4️⃣ Add in the baby cereal. Mix. 5️⃣ Spray the backing sheet with nonstick oil and add in the mixture. 6️⃣ Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the top of the muffins start to turn brown. 7️⃣ Let cool and enjoy 😋 •••

EGGY BREAD, or if you want to be posh, French Toast. We’ve been trying very hard recently to get Effie to eat better lunches, as she’d happily skip it altogether. So we’ve been including her in the making of her food. We had so much fun making this! She cut out the stars and added her own sauce, giving her the control of what she wanted to eat. Even better still, is that Heinz Tomato Ketchup NASS is a no added sugar and salt alternative. (High five to that! )

There is nothing more comforting other than a warm bowl of pumpkin soup when the weather is cold . It is healthy and filling with all the immune boosting properties of Pumpkin. I have made it all the more nutritious by blending it with a spoon of #Immunobooster_drink_mix
. Our ready to use powder has oats, broken wheat, almonds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower and sesame seeds. This handy powder easily blends with any hot or cold drink and can be added to smoothies, shakes, soups , parathas and much more . .
Here i have roasted the pumpkin , onion and garlic in ghee which definetely adds in to the aroma and flavor of the soup. So do not skip it. You may use olive oil if you want to make ut vegan. .
Age Recommendation : 1 years + .
1 cup pumpkin (peeled, desseded and sliced)
1-2 teaspoon MLM immunobooster drink mix (#ShopLinkInBIO
1 onion slices
2-3 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon ghee
Black pepper powder to taste .
Heat ghee in a pan. Add finely chopped or minced garlic and saute for few seconds.
Add sliced onions and saute until they turn soft.
Next add in the pumpkin slices and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Add 1 1/2 cup of water followed by salt and black pepper and give a quick stir.
Cover cook until the pumpkin is soft .
Add the immunobooster drink mix powder and blend the mix either with a hand blender or pulse it in a mixer jar to get a creamy smooth soup.
Top the warm soup with fresh cream or serve it as it is with some garlic bread for a comforting light meal.

I made fruit kabobs, gluten-free and dairy-free brownies and cakes this year for the girls birthday! This year I also did things a little differently. In the past, their joint party has always worn me out physically and mentally. The point of their birthday party is to celebrate them growing up and get to spend time with friends and family, not to over spend and over exert myself to satisfy others. .
Changes I made...
-didn’t provide a whole meal for guests, just fruit, dessert and drinks
-did very minimal decorations -asked for a no toy birthday party, my girls play with toys so very little, toys are expensive and they create clutter
-didn’t do a gift opening time in front of all guests. Let’s be honest kids rip thru presents so quickly, they don’t even know who got them what, barely say thank you, and it’s overwhelming for parents!
-I enjoyed myself and my girls said they want a party just like that every year! 🤙win, win!
I’m sharing this in hopes to relieve another parent from the pressure of having a big, expensive birthday party. I’ve realized kids don’t really care about all the extra work we do. They will still have a great time, so it’s ok to keep things simple! .

was the perfect balance of heat and flavor. One of my biggest ‘fears’ of going plant-based was ‘missing’ meat, but it’s not the meat that is missed. It is the flavors and textures of those meat-based dishes most people miss. So far, I have been able to #veganize
nearly every traditional dish I used to love. Nearly every time, I enjoy them more veganized, than being a meat based meal.
