One day I’m on a “seafood” diet a.k.a I see food and I eat it 🍩🍔 On the next day I’m thinking should I eat that banana because it does contain a lot a sugar 🤔 I guess it’s called balance 🤷🏻♀️🙈
Thank God for daily inspirations here in Instagram, for people who share tips and shower with motivation and great meal and snack ideas to somewhat stay on healthy-ish track even though it seems like a whole lot of science sometimes with all the nutrition information, label reading and understanding but I really really really want to learn this side of a lifestyle to be able to teach it to my daughter as well. She is my biggest motivation, I want her mom to be able to lead by example in all the areas of life including one of the main important - F🍩O🍍O🥗D🥩.
