Check out our new blog entry about shame.
This year I did something I’m not proud of... something that caused a lot of hurt to others; something I look back on and know that I could have done things differently. It caused such a ripple effect in my life (and the lives of others 🙈) and had me kinda lost and not sure how to come back from it.
I reached out to a spiritual mentor and disclosed everything, and his reply was simply, “It’s happened now. Just don’t freak out. Get your life back on track and don’t let this keep you from moving forwards.”
Such practical advice! And it was actually hard to do... not matter how much it hurt, or how heavy the weight of my actions felt, I decided to push through it all, and not ‘stay down’ (even though it’s actually not a bad place to be! Very humbling, that’s for sure).
I think the biggest lesson I experienced in doing this was that I was going to be judged and ridiculed no matter what I did, if I stayed ‘down’ or if I kept going. It was going to hurt for as long as it takes to heal - and god knows how long that will be. So I may as well keep going. -
I had to choose to keep moving forwards even though I felt the lowest I’ve ever felt in my life.
I’m so grateful for the simple advice I was given, and it honestly took all my strength and then some to keep going when I literally felt like crawling into a hole.
Making mistakes is an unfortunate part of living; and I feel like the worst kind of mistake is when our mistakes hurts others 😭. But looking at the broader vision of our eternal existence, it’s so important we don’t let our hardships and mishaps keep us from moving towards our ultimate goal in life.
So this year I used all the gears in the box (from neutral to high speed) and had a short moment in parked gear 😳🙈 but for the most part I kept going. There’s too much to live for; too many people that need help; so many opportunities to serve.
Forever grateful for the guidance of my spiritual teachers 🙏 Eternally grateful for God’s unconditional love ❤️
AYO PEDULI PAK ALIONG: “KANKER WAJAH MEMBUAT WAJAH PAK ALIONG BENGKAK, BANTU BELIAU BEROBAT SEGERA”
Sahabat, Ikut bantu Pak Aliong yuk! Caranya dengan memberikan dukungan melalui kolom komentar. Semangat dan doamu sangat berarti loh untuk Pak Aliong.

How can you heal that inner part of you that feels unheard, lonely or neglected?
How can you love your inner child?
How can you heal that abandonment wound?
Whatever language works for you, here’s what I feel to be true to me:
You must continue to honour your intuition and your deepest needs. It’s going to be extremely uncomfortable at first after a lifetime of putting yourself aside, and others expecting you to put your emotional needs aside.
In ignoring that inner voice, you are exacerbating that abandonment wound.
That voice needs LOVE and ATTENTION.
In continuing to show up for yourself (particularly emotionally – but also in all other ways) you are re-wiring your brain to understand that your needs are worth being heard, acknowledged and met.
Not waiting for another to validate or meet your needs.
Does this make sense? 💛
Sending love to all those committed to showing up for themselves, seeing the ugly, ashamed parts of their soul and bringing them to the light 🌻

"Family isn't always blood." 👑
What does it mean to be a MōGúL? • It's entrepreneurship, where '20-hour days' is not only the mindset, but a real lifestyle. It's execution, results. It's being the reason why other people feel that they can. It's making sacrifices to make sure your family is straight. It's the willingness to put it all on the line to capture your dreams; to be envied and sabotaged, but most importantly, accept love in it different forms. It's becoming synonymous with the word, greatness. It's not giving a f*** what others think about you and consistently body bagging your goals. It's deserving the best. It's being fearless. It is and will always be about supporting and building with like-minds!!💡
