This is my first time eating oats in SO LONG! For those of you who don’t know, I were pretty much raw, believing that were the best diet, for a long time. But since seing @maddielymburner
post about oats, I noticed that so many healthy people eats oats (and for those of you who cares, so many people with six packs ate them 🤷♀️). Also, I noticed that my strength were lacking eating raw. So I decided, maybe try adding some (not a lot) cooked food to my diet. And when I saw this giveaway, I thought it were the perfect time to try oats again - and I MUST say, that this were an absolutely amazing decision! I’ve noticed that I felled stronger and much healthier immediately while eating this bowl. So, if any raw foodists, or just anyone, are in the same position as mine, maybe oats are the answer? 😂🙂 This bowl of goodness were some oats mixed with a mango on one side, and banana-blueberry nicecream/smoothie bowl on the other side. Topped of with more oats, raisins and a bit of carob powder (couldn’t resist 😂🤷♀️). Also topped of with one more banana. Everyone wants the exact recipe? 🎃
And by the way, these oats from @rudehealth
were actually sprouted, RAW and GF oats ☺️ So this bowl were technically raw, even though I don’t really think it makes a difference. And ALSO, if you’re a raw foodist, and you love it - keep going, I’m just sharing my experience.
