Since we can’t avoid our jobs, people, bills and life the only thing you can do is learn how to manage your stress accordingly. The best way to lower your stress level would be by eating healthy, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep on a daily basis and overall self care and self love. 1. Puffy, under-eye bags- When we have a lot of things weighing on our mind it makes it very hard to go to sleep and get a good rest. The lack of sleep can cause fluid build up below your lower eyelid which cause the am puffiness. If you sleep on your stomach that’s even worst. Those bags will appear even more colossal on the face due to gravity.
2. Dry, flaky skin- When your stress who drinks water? Alcohol please 🙋🏾♀️. When your body is dehydrated your skin becomes dry and flaky.
3. Acne- Stress causes flare ups like eczema, acne and psoriasis. Stress causes the release of cortisol which throws off your hormones resulting in breakouts on your face and body. It can also cause a disruption in your gut health which also causes acne breakouts.
