All too often I hear people say “oh now’s not the right time,” in regards to starting a health/fitness journey. My question is....is there ever really a good or right time?
News flash, if you wait for that time, you’ll probably be waiting a while.🤷🏼♀️
There’s always a holiday, a vacation, a get-together...it’s called life. And truthfully, what I do and what we work on in my online bootcamps is finding balance + still getting results, while not missing out on LIFE. Because trust me, I don’t wanna sign up for that either....I like wine too much. #sorrynotsorry
In the past, I can remember planning to start a fitness program around what I had going on in my life. No wonder I wasn’t successful.🙄🤦🏼♀️
It’s not just a 4 or 8 week thing. Its not a quick fix. Its about developing healthy and sustainable habits with a healthy whole foods based nutrition plan + daily exercise....with a little fun on the side.💁🏼♀️😉
It’s learning that nights out with friends are still needed (and won’t sabotage your results). It’s learning to give up the notion of perfection. It’s learning to just show up and be a little better every day.
Because once you learn to change your mindset and embrace all of that...it is then that you will be successful for the long term.👊🏼
