And then there was another one, The Dying Game.
Have you read The Dying Game by Asa Advic? It’s heavily based on the concept of And then there were none and it delivers what it promises!
I read this last year and what most intrigued me was the retake on the brilliant concept of Agatha Christie but with a lot of twists.
📍Which book would you like to see retold?
I’d love to see The Great Gatsby written in a different time and setting, maybe like a Gatsby in a third world country!
Much fun rattling through the menu @vietfoodlondon - ready to tackle the world now.

I was thinking that if I was putting together an avocado and mango tuna ceviche the weather will follow but I was clearly wrong...
At least my tummy is happy 😊

Traditional Polish Food cooked in Filipino(my) way hahaha
Photo 1: Leczó - stew originally from Hungary but very common in Poland and a bit similar to ratatouille
Changes: I put laurel leaf and simmer it for a very long time. Few minutes before i stop simmering, I just quickly pan-fried the bell peppers and bacon bits to bacon fats
Photo 4: Bitki Wołowe - it's actually similar to Filipino Bistek or Beef Steak Tagalog. But they put different spices like sweet papryka, allspice and bay leaf
Changes: I used smashed ginger & garlic together. I put a bit of brown sugar :) and i mixed a bit of my tare sauce
Photo 5: Ogórek Kiszony (Gherkins) - pickled cucumber but with brine solution, fennel, salt, garlic and horseradish
I hate pickles from vinegar but this gherkins from brine really enchanted me i could eat a whole jar of it
Different Use: for Sinigang(Filipino sour soup with mackerel) na GG haha.
I used a bit of the brine solution to the soup. So its SUPERRRR sour! And some slices of gherkins too! Soo good to eat it with rice
Photo 6: Slow-roast Beef in Pigwa (łopatka wieprzowa z pigwa) - it's an original recipe of mine and the taste is very savoury, somewhat sweet and sour
Changes: I used pigwa preserve or quince fruit in eng. They say it's sour but no matter how much i tasted it, it's still sweet for me (my tolerance to sourness and spiciness are a bit extreme). It's yellow in colour and they put it in their teas for "sour" kick see Photo 7
Photo 8: Zapiekanka Makaronowa z Tuńczykiem - Baked Macaroni Tuna with white sauce cheese
Changes: Their usual baked macaroni are normally with fresh tomatoes, ground meat and cheese. I made it with my signature tuna+macaroni combo. It has black olives, bacon bits and the white sauce cheese is my favourite secret recipe 👻 ha

Do you have a proper breakfast everyday?
What started as a one time fun breakfast has now become my daily breakfast.
It’s still just been a week since I started making my own smoothies, experimenting with different ingredients, but I’m absolutely loving it!
It’s given me an objective every morning, to prepare it and because of that I’ve been having proper breakfast! (I don’t have a great relationship with mornings)
And I thought this is an appropriate time to show you guys this journal I picked from Typo Shop. Bugs bunny for the win with the Carrots!
@typoshop is now open at Aziz Mall in Jeddah. You’ll find a lot of cool stuff, especially if you’re looking for props for Instagram 😊
The place to be and the food to have 👌 just look at the colours on that plate!
When you are in the coolest place with the coolest people nothing can go wrong. I do miss Marrakech and it's tasty food...
