This biryani serving establishment is over 85 years old! Open for breakfast through lunch, the mutton (sheep) and chicken biryani is cooked on an open firewood till this day. Aromatic, and fragrant with freshly pounded masalas, this biryani is a must-not-miss meal for us on every trip to Bangalore.
One of the best biryani's I've eaten sold at the new Tamil place, The SlS Eazy Carry take out and Catering place located at Brittania Road near Erin Mills Pwky in Mississauga. According to the Eazy Carry's Facebook page this restaurant first opened on Dec 2nd of last year so basically this place has been around for at least 7 months. This biryani is called the Easy Special biryani and along with rice, a chicken piece or pieces inside the rice and an egg it also comes with a Cutlet, Devil shrimp and side dish of pine apple curry. What's really amazing about this biryani is the fact that the chicken meat inside the thigh and leg pieces flavour is very exotic, the devil shrimp gives out a spicy flavor and the pine apple curry gives out the sweet and spicy flavor. I highly would recommend this to anyone especially those looking to try something new.
