With thanksgiving coming up, I started journaling about things I am thankful for. I am thankful for a lot but I will name a few. Mostly I am thankful for my family. They are really amazing and for that I am very lucky. I am also thankful for great physical health at 30 years old. I had a doctor tell me he was surprised how physically healthy I am all around, when I went in to get something checked out a few weeks ago. I hadn’t seen a doctor since leaving the army a few years ago, and was grateful he told me that. I’m grateful to be spending thanksgiving with a good portion of my family here, and I am very grateful for my family that is elsewhere in the country, especially my awesome brother mike. I am grateful for my brother Chris and his recent graduation from the coast guard basic training , and getting to see him receive an award for being a distinguished graduate. He is way smarter then me! I am grateful for service men and women serving overseas who cannot be home with their families. One comes to mind, my good friend @octavehoudegbe.
Thanks for serving buddy. I believe it’s his 4th tour overseas. And there is much more I could write. What are you thankful for? Have a happy thanksgiving everyone 🦃
