Everything I love in one bowl: arugula, cilantro, micro greens. Avocado, tomato, tofu, mushroom, broccoli, green onions, sriracha and nutritional yeast. I don’t talk much about my personal life, but baby? I’m in love!!
Spicy Dragon Noodles + random vegetables in my fridge (fuck you, whole30)
Ingredients for 2 servings
3 big white button mushrooms 🍄, quartered
Small head of broccoli, florets quartered
1 white onion, sliced
2 green peppers, julienned
3 cloves of garlic
1 package of dragon noodles
4 slices of bacon
1 cup of low-sodium soy sauce
1 to 2 tbsp Korean hot pepper paste
Salt & Pepper to test
1 tsp Parsley
2 tsp smoked paprika
Fry up the bacon in the same pan you’re going to cook the vegetables in. Set bacon aside for later (& have a slice of bacon immediately) and add the vegetables to the hot pan. Fry up the vegetables until browning on all sides.
Eat the bacon.
Cook the dragon noodles according to the package. Drain and add the noodles to the vegetables. Keep on high temperature and fry the noodles.
Eat the bacon.
Mix the Korean Pepper Paste with 1-2 tsp of warm to hot water.
Pour the soy sauce into the pan. Add salt & pepper, the paprika and the parsley to taste. Drizzle the red pepper paste over the noodles & vegetables.
Eat a slice of bacon.
