I don’t always put @naturalshilajit
in my coffee this way (in fact I never do 😂😂😂), but I DO put it in my cup of coffee every morning.
What is Shilajit? I honestly had no idea when they approached me to try their product. But I am admittedly not the healthiest eater and had been struggling with energy levels for some time now.
So I did research- a lot of research- and this is what I learned.
Shilajit is a resin used in Ayurvedic medicine that increases stamina and energy, detoxifies the body and delivers a ton of nutrients mainly through fulvic acid.
In some cultures it is called “the destroyer of weakness”...
I’ve been drinking it now for two months because it took me some time to feel it out.
Initially, I did get some breakouts (must have been the weakness being destroyed 😂), and the taste does take some getting used to, but I can honestly say I don’t know what I would do without it now.
I am down to a single cup of coffee in the morning and drink nothing else with caffeine all day. I’m extremely active and have long days between practicing, teaching, gym, recovery, relationship and I used to get so tired mid-day (sometimes falling asleep around 2pm), but now I can make it without blinking.
My muscles recover faster, my hair doesn’t get as tangled and my skin is totally recovered 🙌
