It’s Tyler’s first recipe on the blog (!!) and not only is it some of the best pulled pork I’ve ever had, it’s also Paleo friendly and clean, including the barbecue sauce! Eating well doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor or meals that you love 🙌🏼 The homemade broccoli slaw that he made is also the perfect compliment to the sweet, tangy barbecue sammi. Guys this is so flipping good 🔥 it’s the perfect summer meal!

💫 Roasted plantain chips:
1tsp avocado oil
Peel and cut plantains in very thin slices.
Toss with the oil and spread in a single layer on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 425*F for 15-20min (depending on the thickness of your chips) flip half way through baking.
Sprinkle with salt and enjoy!
Makes 6 servings 4sp each 😉
