This weekends dynamic effort workouts. This was the beginning of a new 3 week wave mesocycle. For the main lifts I did 6 sets of 3 reps with chains for accommodating ressistance. For accessory work all were done for 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps. I have been using explosive jumps, throws, and sleds either at the beginning or end of my workuts with great success.
