Now i love training people of all fitness levels but sometimes i get extra riled up with groups like these. They’re my #eliteathletes

Don’t let these smiles and pretty faces fool you, these people are B E A S T S.
Today, in 30 minutes they managed to do:
•EMOM 4 minutes:
-Squat jumps X25.
-plank hold w/ remaining time.
•EMOM 4 min:
-Power push ups X 12 (or 20 regular).
-Squat hold w/ remaining time. .
•AMRAP 8 min:
-DB squat curl press X10.
-1/2 man maker (or push up to plank row each) X8.
-DB deadlift high pull X10.
-Push up plank jack X8.
-Plank skier X20.
This is the point where physical exhaustion set it BUT THEN they had 5 minutes on the clock to get as far into:
Burpees & Push press.
