Main lift conventional deadlifts 3 x 7 at 120kg (264lbs) all sets. Also sumo block pulls top set 140kg (308lbs) x 10, with the block pulls I just tried to focus more on form today, with the aim of eventually hopefully getting a sumo deadlift that looks as technically sound as @greek_ruccis_gym

Lifting plans for me for the first half of 2019 are:
•GPC States WA on March 2nd, which we are roughly 11weeks out from, this will be in either the 56kg or 60kg class depending on how my weight is tracking closer to the time. •This will be closely followed by Kern US open, which I am around 19 weeks out from and I will definitely be squeezing my 62kg body back down into the 56kg class for this one! So lots of work to do for this one!!
•Also hopefully GPC Nationals in June.
However, for now just excited to see what progress I can make over the next 11weeks!🙂 #timetowork #ruccisgym
