최근 왼쪽 고관절에 통증이 발생함
어제 자기전 인터넷에 고관절 스트래칭 몇개 보면서 따라하고 잤더니 오늘 통증이 더 심해짐 ㅋㅋㅋ
오늘 스퀏 워밍업을 보폭과 무릎을 다양하게 하면서 불편하지 않은 자세를 찾기위해 노력했는데
무릎을 45도 정도 벌리는게 가장 통증이 없다ㄷㄷ
(예전엔 벌리는게 더 불편했음)
무튼 오늘 고중량 한세트라 자세 바꾸는건 불가능하여 기존 자세로 메인셋 진행
3개하면 마니 한거라고 생각했는데 4개 성공
거울보고 하는게 습관되어서 거울에 비친 깊이가 풀이라 판단되면 바로 올라오는게 문제... 실제 풀이 아닌거 같은 느낌

Flashback Friday when I was shredded to the bone. This was in December last year I was eating Kangaroo and Tuna in spring water everyday to get minimal fat and 0 carbs. I actually went Ketogenic but didn't last long was too much torture mentally and had no endurance training. Not sure why I got stage ready to not compete but one things for sure when I set a goal I always achieve it
