Legs + Abs!
1️⃣Box jumps are one of my favorite ways to burn out the booty on leg days! For a challenge do it in between squat sets, or at the end of your leg day! Recommend staying low throughout the set to really feel that burn 🔥
2️⃣ Squats, 3 x 8
3️⃣ pulse leg press, 3 x 12
4️⃣ Swiss ball pikes, 3 until failure
5️⃣ side blank on bosu ball, 3 x 12
This ⬆️ ... I built this!! And I’m not only talking about the 🍑 (which is still under construction). But the woman as a whole. The body, the mind, the spirit. All of it!
Growth should be an endless goal and I have done some of my most transformative growth this past year. I changed my body years ago when I first lost all the weight but only this year did I finally learn to love myself. All of me. At my best, worst and during the transitions. I have reframed my thoughts to be positive and accepting of life’s challenges instead of the pessimistic victim I used to allow myself to be. I’ve evolved from being an overly emotional individual to using my emotions as a tool to be kind and empathetic without letting it weaken me. I have let go of the things I can not control and and am grateful for everyday I can fight to be better.
I built this!! My choices. My effort. My diligence. So what does that mean?? That if you are not happy or satisfied and are just letting life pass you, there is another option. Choose!! Choose to do better. Choose to BE better. We can’t control everything in the world but we can choose. Don’t take that choice too lightly. It might be the best thing you ever did.

So often i see people in the gym only worry about lifting the weight and when they go to lower the weight they’ll just drop it very quickly. If you’re looking to build more muscle then take your time on both the lifting and lowering portions. You’ll build more muscle but controlling the lowering phase so take your time!

Just because an exercise looks cool or impressive on YouTube, it doesn't mean that you should be doing it too.
For example, if you want to look jacked, you need to put as much tension into the muscle as possible to BUILD THE MUSCLE. If you're standing on a bosu ball doing squats and/or curls, you're not able maximize the tension, and you're wasting your time.
You need to stick to the basics because they work. Is it boring? Maybe. Does it work? Yes. In all honest, you know what's more impressive than squatting on a bosu ball? Being able to squat 400lbs, bench press 300lbs, deadlift 500lbs, and row 200lbs. You'll get more jacked by doing this too.
