❗️Having good dynamic balance can help improve your coordination & ability to react to sudden changes of direction, both of which can help reduce the risk of an accidental fall. ❗️Massive improvement on posture & Bone structure ( unaligned hips etc ) ❗️Highly impacted on Core & general muscle work which increases Strength to MAXIMUM EFFORTS❗️ & the list goes on!! ✖️
Workout today focus’s highly on the bottom half of our body, specifically Glute’s which creates AMAZING SUPPORT for the spine as well as all muscle groups of the legs 🙌🏽 If you are a beginner feel free to start on flat surface, build up confidence then move on to the BOSU BALL as it is the main focus 💪🏽 Take your time with this workout no need to rush this as slow & steady beats the race 🥰 ❗️Lunges + backward lift ❗️Squats + side kick ( with or without dumbbell )
❗️Single leg hip thrusters ( with or without resistance band )

Less volume today for the back squats BUT Friday's session is 5 sets of 6 reps at 80% so we'll be doing some more technique work tonight and some deadlifts to add some difficulty to the training.
I don’t always train legs 😅 Find a weakness and hit it head on. I tell my kids every single day that the only way they will ever get better at something they aren’t so good at, is to keep practicing and doing that very thing until they do become better. Making sure they have an example through me, by taking my own advice and applying it daily. 💪🏽

Why do goals and resolutions have to be all or nothing? If we only ever focus on failing because we didn’t accomplish the end state we will miss the whole point! The end state is the goal, and the goal is why we put in the work... buttttttt what if we started to view the work as the goal and the end state as a bonus? Even if you fail, fall off the band wagon and have to get back after it, you’re still working for that goal. So instead of beating yourself up for fucking up your resolution already why not be patient with yourself and just get back on track? Don’t waste time focusing on what happened or why you went astray for a hot second... that already happened and you can’t undo it. You can control what happens next though. So make the next moment count and do the work. The work is what really matters anyway! Today’s work is this sick super set of low back squats and sumos. 4 x 15 after the other 4 sets of supersets on this lovely #legsday
