A pain free session! 445lb Box squats for some triples. Trying thumb around the bar grip to keep pressure off my elbows. Seems to be better I think.
Elbow is feeling great this week after the shots and some rehab. Keeping that up to stay in the game.
42” in single leg box jump. The goal is 50”.

Really happy with snatches today. I saw a post by @larrior
's lifting method and noticed how much he opens up his chest during set up to activate his lats/back. What was interesting was that when I did that I also felt my quads load even more and pushing the ground away with even pressure happened naturally sunce I felt more centered. As a result, today was the first day since February before I got a bad case of quad tendinitis that I felt I was moving good enough to go up too 155lbs which used to be my training weight. I don't go heavy on my lifts any more due to recovery restraints, but it felt good getting back under 155lbs with no issue. My PR is 175lbs....which I feel is still there, and maybe now on a really good day could finally get 185lbs. The second vid is more light thrusters up to 155lbs, adding in an overhead squat to further enhance full body strength and stability/balance.
