It’s Monday let’s attack our goals and also our workout! I have to admit... I always don’t want to/whine about working upper body. I can do legs, abs or cardio any day of the week but I ALWAYS have to push myself to do an upper body workout. It’s important to know that even us Fitness trainers don’t enjoy working out sometimes. BUT it’s also important to know and remember that sometimes we have to do things we don’t like to achieve goals that we want! Working upper body is just as important as working lower body, whether I like it or not. Our bodies work as whole so we need to make sure all parts of it are strong and healthy (inside and out). Im curious, what’s something you don’t love to do but pushes through anyways because you know it is good for you or will help you achieve a goal??? Let me know in the comments below👇🏼😘

Wanna kill your quads? Give this a go! One of the hardest workouts I've done yet I used minimal equipment and fairly low weights... don't always have to go heavy mad! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1◻Reverse lunge with lift 10x4 each leg⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2◻DB step ups 10x4 each leg⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3◻Narrow DB tension squats 10x4⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4◻Wall sit until failure - managed 40 seconds, I was defeated 😅 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This workout was inspired by using mycoachschool workouts by lucydavis_fit, if you haven't signed up yet pls go now! Hallihallo💫 Heute ein Küchen-Post, während ich auf mein Essen warte 😋komme gerade vom Cardio nach Hause, mehr habe ich nach meinem Arzttermin nicht geschafft. Meine Priorität liegt darin, früh nach Hause zu kommen und nicht, das Training komplett durchzuführen. Ich brauche die Ruhe zu Hause, bevor ich schlafen gehe☺️da wird das Training entsprechend angepasst🙏 Schlaf ist eine der wichtigsten Komponenten. Schlaft ihr genug? Wie kommt ihr am besten runter?

But first COFFEE ☕ הרבה מאיתנו לא יכולים להתחיל את היום בלי כוס קפה, גם אני פותחת את הבוקר שלי ככה, אין מצב לדרך אחרת. אבל מה קורה כשהקפה מלווה אותנו כל כמה שעות כדי להישאר ערות ולהצליח לעבוד? אני נתקלת בהרבה נשים שלא אוכלות כלום כל היום עד לשעת צהריים מאוד מאוחרת, הן טוענות ש"אין להן תיאבון". זה לא כל כך נכון, יש להן תיאבון אבל הקפה שמגיע כל כמה שעות כדי להחזיק אותן ערניות מעלים אותו. בפועל מה קורה? הן נכנסות ללופ שדורש מהן להתעורר כל 3 שעות עם כוס קפה במקום להיצמד לארוחות בוקר, ביניים וצהריים שייתנו להן אנרגיה להמשיך את היום. הקפה מחזיק אותנו ערניות לכמה שעות ושוב מגיעה הדרישה של הגוף לאנרגיה שאנחנו מספקות אותו דרך הקפאין, לפעמים זה אפילו מלווה בעוגיה קטנה או שוקולד שיעזרו לעליית הסוכר והאנרגיה. ואז מגיעה האמרה הקבועה "אני לא אוכלת כלום כל היום, איך אני לא יורדת במשקל?" אספר לכן שכוס קפה יכולה להגיע בשקט ל-80-250 קלוריות, תלוי בכמות החלב והסוכר שאנחנו שמות, אם נצרף עוגיה קטנה או שוקולד אפשר להגיע ל- 60-200 קלוריות נוספות. תעשו חישוב כמה כוסות קפה נכנסות לכן ביום והרי התשובה למה אתן לא מצליחות לרדת במשקל. ההמלצה שלי אליכן היא למצוא 2 נקודות זמן ביום בהן אתן לא מוותרות על כוס הקפה שלכן, ותתחילו לדאוג ולארגן לעצמכן מראש ארוחות לעבודה שישמרו אתכן מלאות אנרגיה. טיפ נוסף שחשוב גם לשים לב אליו, שתיית המים שלנו יורדת בזמן שאנחנו צורכות כמות קפה גבוהה, המים גם הם מספקים לנו אנרגיה, לכן ברגע שנתחיל לאכול מסודר יותר, נשתה מים ואפילו תה ירוק (ללא סוכר נחשב גם במכסת הנוזלים) אנחנו נרגיש הרבה יותר אנרגטיות וחיוניות ונוכל לוותר על כל כוסות הקפה בדרך 😊 תתחילו לבחור נכון יותר, מבטיחה לכן שתחסכו הרבה קלוריות בדרך ואפילו תתחילו להרגיש עם הזמן ירידה בנפיחות וגם במשקל

SHOULDER REHAB - BANDED INTERNAL ROTATION Banded internal rotation is an early stage exercise for rehabbing the rotator cuff. The rotator cuff is made up of four muscles Infraspinatus, Supraspinatus, Subscapularis and Teres minor. This exercise is working Subscapularis. You begin by placing a small towel between your elbow and torso. Tie the band around something so that it is at the correct angle as I have done in the video. Grab the band and walk out so that there is tension on the band and your arm is in 20-30 degrees of external rotation. You then pull the band so that your arm goes into full internal rotation and slowly return to the start position with a 3-5 second eccentric! Try this for 3 sets of 10 reps, you can play around with rep ranges and band resistances. Hoy comenzó el DELOAD y partimos con Low Bat Pause-Squats con la última serie de 5x180kg, después Tempo-Pause Bench 5x100kg.. (con énfasis en la pausa) y por fin Pause Deadlift con el Top set de 180kg x 5. Con cargas más livianos prefiero trabajar con pausas para mantener la intensidad a pesar de que sea DELOAD. Y para cumplír el entrenamiento 💪🏽 jugamos un poco con las maquinitas y metimos bíceps, tríceps y hombros. I know it’s international chest day but you can never be too prepared to squat! - Shinbox switches will get those hips loose so you can drop it lower than low! - Here are the keys! 🔑 - Start sitting on your butt with your heels down, toes up, and legs bent at 90 degrees. - Then slowly turn to one side and let both knees come to the ground. Make sure both knees stay close to 90 degrees and your torso stays upright. - Come back to the original starting position. - Then repeat on the other side. - The movement does take practice so if you need to use your hands to assist you go ahead! - Once you get that down then you can graduate to no hands! - Happy squatting!

Abs abs abs ✨ - Definitely getting back on the ab workouts to get those abs showing for summer ☀️ - ▫️Hip Dips ▪️Weighted crunch variation ▫️Incline sit-up ▪️Incline Russian Twists - Admittedly today was actually leg day (and gym was too busy to film). These vids are from the end of 2018, but I’m getting back into adding ab circuits to the end of each workout. Did these exercise plus a couple more at the end of this mornings leg workout - Given I’ve not been trying to stay lean recently my ab definition isn’t really showing, which has meant I often neglect training them (out of sight, out of mind 🤷‍♀️).
