—It all started 8 years ago.
I was fed up with People calling Me skinny or what so ever. I remember I had My first google phone 📱 back in 2010. When I decided to research how to gain weight!! 😼
I was so into learning about fitness. —But along My journey I went through Difficulties (Toxic relationship, Bad eating 🍽 Habits, pot head, night owl 🦉, low self esteem, depression) —& after My pregnancy 🤰🏻 everything went down hill I had to wait 6 months to recuperate from My incision I was 125lbs at that time but It wasn’t muscle, unfortunately I was skinny fat. Started to get an awkward body. —I was breastfeeding 🤱 for 6 months I wasn’t eating enough throughout the day. I started to lose weight except on My stomach!!. I felt so angry 😡 , “well it was mixed emotions🥴 us females can feel happy 😃 at one moment Nd the next we pissed 😤”. —Started exercising after 6 months and I was insecure 😟 loose shirts 👚 were My number one in My closet !! —But being honest I really embrace this journey.
I’ve come so far (proud of My self).
leaving bad habits, and becoming the Woman 👩🏻 that I need to be. I went from not cooking 🥘 to cooking 🍳, smoking 🚬 to not smoking.
Relationships play a big role in your life. But I don’t want to go there.
