The countdown continues... just two more days to order before I close down until the new year! I’m equally enjoying these last few days of working on orders and looking forward to a couple of weeks off. My mother-in-law is here, and I’m loving watching her play with E while I work and Boyd does some projects around the house. It’s not always easy to juggle working from home with being a full time mom, but today I’m really grateful for what feels like (at least 5 minute of) balance.

So here is a quick grounding exercise to help you keep your energy managed and balanced - epsecially this busy and hectic time of year: -Using your intention, hold your hands by your head - and almost like you have a hoola hoop of energy, start slowing pulling it downwards from your head to your hips. -Sit with your energy centred in your hips.
