1️⃣ SkiErg machine, intervals workout. Focusing on full body workout, pulling down using the core and back. Keeping the abs controlled with a flat back. @abirsport
2️⃣ Triceps Kickbacks, abs held, shoulders down and away from ears, focusing on reaching a full movement of the muscle. Reaching a full straight arm position - length the muscle to its extent.
3️⃣ The Black Roll allows a nice curvey streach from the lower spine to the upper parts of the spine.
Relaxing your body in these poaitiona allows gravity to do the work and create a nice widening for the back muscles.
