But what about right now? All of us can use exercise today to get more energy, alleviate stress, increase productivity, improve our outlook, sleep better, & feel happier! 🤗
Weather it’s a more positive disposition or the satisfaction of knowing you pushed your body, stay motivated by thinking about what you can gain by exercising today! ✅ Here are some tips to help you incorporate exercise into your daily life. 💪🏼
1️⃣ Develop a “Move More” Mindset: Start each day with the intention to move your body more.
2️⃣ Commit to Regular Activity: Schedule exercise time like any other appointment & treat it as a commitment you cannot cancel.
3️⃣ Focus on the Benefits of Exercise: Think about the way exercise makes you feel & the positive impact it has on your health & well-being. Don’t make it just about the physical attributes.
4️⃣ Exercise with Others: When you exercise with others you are likely to feel more motivated & accountable. Not to mention you will have a lot of fun!
5️⃣ Remember your Why: Make a list of reasons why working out & eating healthy is important to you. Review the list on a daily/weekly basis.
